[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new refrigerator that replaced a defective one under warranty and I had to call service before the delivery guys were out of my driveway. My original problem was the ice dispenser button was sticking. With the new one, not only was the water dispenser sticking, but water was shooting out the water lines at the back of this fridge and flooding my floor and then down into my basement. If it worked properly I would love it, but having to take time off work twice now, to fix a defective product in the first place isn't very promising.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large capacity fridge and freezer. It has a few downfalls though. The ice maker doesn't work well and the cubes are small and melt fast. The doors slam which causes spillage. I'm happy with the size of the shelves but wish they pulled out for easy access.

My only complaint which is why i gave it 4 stars is that they built the bottom drawer on the right Sadie in a way that requires the fridge door to be completely open. Had they made the drawer a half inch skinnier, this would not be the case. Our fridge sits by the wall and so the bottom drawer hits the fridge drawer and o it opens a few inches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I love it (so far). The fridge has plenty room. I wish there was a smaller drawer for my packs or bacon, cheese, etc. I can fit multiple cartons of juice in the door. Plenty of extra room. But it's nice.

We bought this fridge in Oct. 2021 & we where excited that it was LG which has a reputation for making great prodcuts. After a month of owning it, the fridge stopped freezing & cooling in Nov. We then had to wait a week for tech to come look at it & almost another week after that for the compressor part to fix it. Fast forward to now, Feb. 2022 and it's not freezing/cooling again, so I will now have to schedule yet another service call, scramble to find a place to put all my food, and this will be the second time the fridge has died with in the first 6 months of owning it. Highly disappointed in this product and would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased LG 27 cu ft. refrigerator, model #LRSXS2706 on May 24, 2022. Ice and water have a bad taste. Replaced factory filter that was only two months old with another factory filter. The water came out cloudy when the water department tech. tested the water coming out of the water dispenser. I replaced the ice maker supply line also; water still cloudy.

Had For 2 years , now the ice /water selector switch quits working. If you unplug and reset it will work again for a time then quit working again. Also the door heater seal is extremely hot! You can't even touch the door seal or it will burn your hand /fingers. was told this is normal??? I've never had a refrigerator that has had this issue. You can feel the heat radiating from the partition between the freezer section and fridge.

Bottom glass in freezer and refrigerator will break. Look on youtube there is videos mine also broke
