Two thermometers show that the temperature fluctuates between 37 and 41 when set at the lowest setting of 33. If you open just one of the top doors, you can't open the crisper drawer without opening the other door. The ice is the worst, it takes 3.5 days to fill the bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge! The space is amazing! The ice in the door is sleek and makes so much more freezer room than I had in my old side by side. It is sturdy, sleek and simple. Two things to note: family learning curve for shutting the fridge softly. If you shut it too hard the freezer opens a bit and won't close itself all the way, but isn't open enough to make the “open” chime sound. Thing two, not print proof stainless steel and the fam needs to learn to open with the no handle design. Totally worth it! I'm over the moon for this beauty!

Bought this for a new home. Overall very happy with the refrigerator. Has ample space for storage in both the freezer and refrigerator. Outside surface easy to clean. Downside, door must swing beyond 90 degrees for bottom drawer to open. Second the glass drawer shelves. A package of frozen meat fell from one of the above shelves and shattered the bottom glass. Maybe a heavy Plexi-glass might work better..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is very modern and high tech, I love this style/design for my kitchen. Great quality and very spacious. My favorite thing about is it's accesible to changing the layout from the inside and lots of storage.

Installed a few weeks ago and so far has been excellent. Ice maker/water dispenser is simple with just 3 options. Do not use the wifi system as too complicated. Love the lack of handles. Suggestion would be to ad a 3rd pullout drawer for loose small cheese/meat packages

A month ago I noticed that my old refrigerator wasn't working so well and decided that it was time to buy a new one. After spending quite some time at the store I landed on the LG refrigerator and am so glad that I did! It has plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer sections and I love the water/ice in the door!! The many features of the fridg make it a winner in my book!!

So far, I like the refrigerator. We have had it for about two weeks, so time will tell. The one downside is that the water dispenser makes a good bit of noise when disengaging with the water dispenser. It is smaller in terms of profile than the last fridge.

Bought a month ago very satisfied with our purchased. only problem we had was doors were slightly misaligned, LG tech came out and adjusted it in minutes. Fridge temp is well regulated food will not freeze. Very low noise level when compressor is running. My wife was happy with LG customer service, they were responsive and helpful. Would recommend this product.

I bought this refreigerator around March 2023 and am not happy with it. The ice maker has an on/off button that doesn't work. If I don't empty the ice bucket everey 2-3 days the bucket overfills and cubes freeze together and have to defrost (by unplugging) the refrigerator so the cubes will defrost and despence. The refrig shelves are too close to the floor at the bottom and have to stand on my head to get anything out of them. The door handles are awkward to use. Very displeased.

The ice and water maker quit working and then a week or so later it stopped cooling altogether. Then it took a week and a half before there was an opening for someone to come fix it. So I lost alot of food. I had some stuff in coolers but alot could not be saved! Thankfully it was under warranty with LG. I can't believe something went wrong in such a short time, especially after spending that kind of money on a Brand new refrigerator.
