[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is super nice looking in your kitchen. its slim in appearance which i really like. the handles are hidden so its very clean and smooth looking for a elegant look. it cools and provides filtered water which tastes great. it is spacious for my household. it also is very easy to clean.

I bought a brand new refrigerator in this model in Feb 2019 and its freezer had an issue last year which is in less than 3 years of its purchase. Due to the space restraint, I bought the same model a few month ago and now the freezer door does not shut properly. I am extremely disappointed and I would like to receive an after service or a replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the first 48 hours the mother board failed. Could not control temperature and refrigerator at 27 degrees. Service replaced board and ice maker. No further issue. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived when he said he would.

6 months after purchase, refrigerator could not maintain a safe temperature below 40 degrees. Fixed under warranty and worked properly. Exactly 6 months and 4 days later, same issue, but because the refrigerator was 4 days out of warranty it would only be repaired unless I paid for the repair out of pocket. So now I have a 250lbs paper weight. Oh yea, the freezer works just fine.

Love the under drawer supports for drawers. That makes so much more sense. Great storage. Ice maker has never worked, even after 10 service calls. LG knew this was a problem but didn't recall the door or the unit, but continued selling it to unsuspecting customers. Water has flooded the dispenser area, the handle below and the kitchen floor. They said they would refund the price but haven't seen that either.

Love the looks of this fridge. Having the ice in the door gives you more room in the freezer. The water filter, even after dispensing several gallons of water, leaves an after taste in your mouth. Fridge makes no noise except when ice bucket is empty. You can hear the cubes dropping in the bucket. Love the recessed handles. They leave no finger prints because you open from underneath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size of this product, but find the items in the door shelves to be less cold than our old refrigerator. The ice maker is very nice and the size of the ice is appropriate. The freezer volume is very adequate and the coldness seems good.

Indoor ice maker, increased freezer space, roomy fridge space on doors and shelves and easy filter access. Finally the water and ice single unit dispenser easy to operate. You can actually set glass on shelf opening and not worrying about it falling. I want to say it's a good value for the money. We are 1 month in and works as advertised. Hope it continues to function for long long time. Knock on wood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is so roomy and is beautiful on the outside. It helps to open in a smaller space with no outside handles. We didn't think this big of refrigerator would fit because of our wall to our walk in pantry but it's perfect. And the surprise of making craft ice is great for my husbands old fashion drink.I had a different brand that leaked in the crisper a year after it was delivered and nobody would work on it . So I'm so thrilled with It ! You want go wrong with this LG refrigerator!
