I bought this refrigerator one month and a half ago and it's been broken for almost two weeks. While it's still under warranty, it should be fixed soon, but the fact that a part has already failed doesn't bode well. I'm hoping the repair will last, but I regret buying this model. While it worked it was fine and I was happy, but a major repair after only a month is ridiculous.

Had two repair guys so far now I have to wait for a gasket. Not a happy camper. I guess— there goes my winning prize.first one lasted three years.

My old refrigerator gave out. I needed a new one. Which one to buy? Oh my - so many to choose from. I flew the measurements of the opening in the wall so I start with that. I searched on line I found that I had a 27 cu ft refrigerator. Now I could narrow my search to brand. Again so many to choose from. I wanted a brand I knew I could trust and was reliable. I found it! A LG!,, it is everything I wanted and needed in a new refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is so roomy and is beautiful on the outside. It helps to open in a smaller space with no outside handles. We didn't think this big of refrigerator would fit because of our wall to our walk in pantry but it's perfect. And the surprise of making craft ice is great for my husbands old fashion drink.I had a different brand that leaked in the crisper a year after it was delivered and nobody would work on it . So I'm so thrilled with It ! You want go wrong with this LG refrigerator!

We have had fridge for about a month it has a good appeal to it with the design. The fridge offers a lot of space in both the freezer and fridge sides.. The change design of the ice maker was smart the old design that was on the top portion of the freezer took up a lot of room now the design is on the inside top portion of the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lets start with the lack of cold water, 2 glasses then turns to warm, to many hoses on the outside not enough circulating through the unit. Ice making is a slow process, yes I know I could of bought the one with craft ice but I did not have the room. Their should be a option for lighting by the water/ice dispenser. Placement of the power cord on top of the unit, really?? The draws on the inside, handles on the bottom is not convenient. I forgot to mention the taste of the water, it reminds me of my childhood when we drank out of the hose and I don't mean that in a good way. The spout where the water comes out has a constant drip, LG told me my water pressure was to high, never had that problem before with other refrigerators. Should have more adjustable shelves, both sides. On the bright side, it looks nice and shiny and the lighting works well on the inside. I'm not slamming LG, they did us right with our washer and dryer unit, we were in a hurry because our old fridge died and had to move fast.

We bought this product about a month ago, including the service plan. Within 24 hours the ice dispenser stopped putting out water. We did all of the troubleshooting and ended up calling for service. Service crew made it out after about ten days and told us it's the solenoid (already??). Have been waiting two weeks for the part and for service to show up after cancelling out time-slot last week. In the meantime the vegetable drawers are malfunctioning and everything in them is freezing SOLID. Ruined a bunch of vegetables and now the drawers are unusable (yes we used the temperature adjustment settings- still freezes solid). Regret this purchase immensely.

Unfortunately, after only a few weeks of use the cubed ice maker has stopped working. It produces only shaved ice. I can hear the motor turning but it won't drop any cubed ice. I will be calling to have it checked out under the warranty.

I bought this refrigerator because my previous French Door had just become unbearable to use. The tracks had broken and the bottom rack as well. The water line had also failed. The deli tray hood had also seen better days. With this in mind I opted to go with something less showy and more on the simple side, less things to break in my mind. We live in an area with ninety to one hundred plus degree weather in warmer months so an ice maker was a must. I still haven't figured out how to arrange everything. there aren't any places for butter or deli meats, the shelves don't adjust except for the top one. The shelves are deep, so it makes it difficult to find things in the fridge. I have purchased trays to try to organize my meats and cheeses but it is still not how I like it. I told my kids the other day that if I could return it I would get another one with more drawers and definitely a deli tray. i would just have to spend more money for better quality refrigerator. On a recent heat wave we ran out of ice with only four people in the house, so I need an Ice maker that produces more.
