[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator and the deep doors. I'm super disappointed with the water filters. They don't fit correctly and I've had my go around with LG. These filters are too expensive to be flawed.

I bought this in April 2022 and it worked well until about three months ago when the icemaker quit working. I tried using the smart LG ThinQ app several times but it wouldn't work. Fortunately I had purchased a service contract and a repairman is coming out this week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has good room inside the freezer and the ice make doesn't take up a lot space the refrigerator space is great with room on the door for a gallon of milk, touch button controls for water and ice is easy and there is no mechanical arm to push on for ice it's just pushing on the back under dispenser. Over all we are vary satisfied with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge. It's bright and airy. A little slow on making ice. I love the deep doors. Plenty of storage. The water filters are not made correctly so they don't install right. I've addressed this with lg.

To be honest, I did not want a side-by-side refrigerator. It felt like I was going backwards technically. My previous LG was a bottom drawer freezer, three door model, and I really liked it. Getting a side-by-side gave me the mental picture of my mom in the seventies. However, I'm finding that I love it!! I can see everything in my freezer without digging (as I did in my bottom drawer model), and it makes it more convenient and quicker for me to put away and take out items in the fridge and freezer. I would give this refrigerator 5 stars stars if the ice maker was more robust. If there were more than two of us in this home it could not keep up with us . As it is, with two people living in hot Texas, drinking tea all day, we run out of ice pretty frequently. Yes, even when using the Ice Plus feature. Otherwise, it's a dream appliance. N

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is better than I hoped. It's easy to clean and the amenities are well thought out. The door when left open will gently close itself. The temperature is easy to control and the ice filter is easy to replace. Unlike the unit it is replacing, it is very quiet when the compressor runs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good decision to buy. Great lighting inside and deep drawers. Looks like a French door refrigerator but is a convenient side by side. Still getting used to no handles but like the soft closing. Ice maker is convenient and doesn't take up shelf space. In door ice/water is tall enough for tall glasses, but is not intuitive to switch from ice to water. The only cons so far are: it doesn't tell you the inside temperature of the unit and I miss a small 3rd drawer.

The refrigerator is very spacious. I wish the drawers had better opening access. You have to grab the bottom of the drawers to open them. The Ice maker is awful! We have three people living in our house (one in school, one at work, and one at home), and we very rarely have a full ice maker bucket.

I've had my fridge for about a week now and there isn't anything I don't like about it. Reviews I read before purchasing only gave four items some people weren't happy with:. drawers open from the bottom, ice maker is small, there is no egg compartment and only one shelf is adjustable. Didn't these people look at this refrigerator before buying, or even look at the photos because each of these items would have been obvious if they had! Knowing that, I studied, again, and determined that none of them were deal breakers for me and they haven't bothered me a bit. And, it looks like a million bucks. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN!
