Have been buying ground beef from Sams for years and until the last two times within a 3 week period, the meat has been horrible. It appears that Sams is now adding slime to the meat, you cannot keep hamburger patties together anymore with their meat. I will now be buying my meat somewhere else after being very pleased for years. Very disappointed in Sams. Believe me, it’s not me. I’ve been making burgers to perfection every two weeks for years with Sams ground beef until the last two purchases. Even told my wife as I was making the patties today that Sams is not selling quality meat anymore. I would like to see other current reviews to see if others are experiencing the same. My purchases have always been from Sams Buford, Ga. location.

Disgusting...the entire case was full of blood, and the 12 or so packages were stuck together. It was so bad that you hardly read the price/pound sticker through all the blood. Obviously, nobody had checked the ground beef since putting it out in the am. This was at 3 pm!!!

I don't know why I keep giving Sam's Club more chances, but in the past 6 months I have not been able get ground beef that does not taste gamey. I don't know what's going on with the cows, but I can taste the gameyness even in spaghetti, meatloaf, and sloppy joes. There doesn't seem to be a way to hide it.
