Great hamburger meat

I chose this 88/12 over the 90/10. The reason is that the last time I purchased, it had an excessive amount of fat mixed in.

We buy this on the regular. It's a good blend with a great finished taste. I've tried others but keep coming back this

I've been buying this product for a few years now and it's usually been very good quality. Not this time! This was absolutely horrible. Full for cartilage and connective tissue. Not fit to feed my dogs. Very dissatisfied

The taste was definitely off from its usual. It had a very sweet taste is the best way to explain it

Made burger's with the ground beef they cooked up pink when done, it seemed to have a lot of dye in the meat and was tough when cooked. I've tried cooking it different ways a couple of times but have no interest in purchasing it again.

Judging by the amount of fat produced when frying this hamburger meat, it doesn't seem likely that it is 88% lean, more like 80/20, which is fine by me but dont package it as 88/12 im still buying it anyway

I buy all of my ground hamburger meat at Sam's and it is usually very good. The past several times when I have gotten it, it has had way too much blood in the bottom and has been a little fatty.
