Love the design

This chair was delivered yesterday. I love the design of the chair, the great features, and the looks of it. Power reclining works great. The only thing that keeps me from giving it more stars is that it has a horrible odor!! Maybe because it came packed in a box and still needs time to air out--but the entire room now smells awful! It's like a chemical smell. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get the odor out, please let me know!

different model number

Ordered the sk-1923-blk received the she-1923-blk. Where is the personalize setting option? The headrest is not full like shown in pic either it is much flatter :0( Sams told me I had to Call their number 1-805-465-5500 and had to leave message. would have given a 5 star if this was what we ordered or had received some help.
