These are complete garbage and so is Sam's club online return AI help which talks you into circles telling you that you need to call back their same number you just called to complain about these horribly 12" stems with one inch faded garbage tulips on. Then they tell you that you have to talk to them within 48 hours or you can't get a replacement or refund. They won't let you speak to a live person so you will be stuck with this garbage embarrassing gift that your receiver will tell you how hideous they look. I has ordered a box of dried cherries a few weeks ago and they sent blueberries instead. Too bad because I had to talk to AI and you're stuck with their mistakes. Do NOT order these flowers. Their return and refund policy is over the phone only for floral and AI will not help you at all! I will never order a floral gift from them again!

Ordered for mother's day. Never delivered and you can't just get regular customer service to help you. It's a whole separate department. Had to go through the whole AI process and wait time to talk with the special department customer service only to get disconnected. Just know that if you have a problem with flowers through Sams, Sam's doesn't handle it.

Don't waste your money. The stems were not sturdy and the flowers can't stand straight.

The were dead. Looked like they had been in the box for a week.

Blooms started looking bad and falling apart after 3 days. Seems like the vase was too small.

February 14,2022 Friend who got these flowers and cared for them in 70 degree environment reports that these dont even look like Tulips. Maybe minature tulips. NOT like the picture, No gift message and Sams doent record this as a Gift. Want my $$$ back Never Again,

These flowers arrived at their destination very fresh and they thrilled the recipient. They smelled wonderful. They were not as cheerfully colored as the ones in the description photo; most of these were white with subtle streaks of color running through them. There was supposed to be 20 flowers, but there were only 18. Despite the fact they weren’t cheerfully colored and there were 18 instead of 20 flowers, these flowers were a wonderful gift for a person whose favorite flower is a Tulip and finding tulips in May is difficult if not impossible. Therefore, I am thankful for this fresh, wonderful smelling bouquet that made a special Mother’s Day present.
