I ordered these flowers for my sister for her birthday. The flowers were well-packed in a box that arrived to her residence as scheduled. She said they were beautiful and smelled nice. She was very happy!

Beautiful tulips. Had ahipped to my parents for an anniversary and they loved them. Both kept saying how beautiful the flowers were. Initial arrived with the flowers closed which was perfect as this made the tulips last longer. Each tulip opened into a beautiful flower.

Mom loved this arrangement!

I have been using Sam's for flowers for my wife for years and have always had great luck. Unfortunately, this time around it did not work out. The tulips were very small, the colors were not good and they did not open up. They began wilting in 3 days. Both she and I were surprised about their quality this time around. On a positive, they were a good price and delivered on time.

We ordered 2. One made it ok to ME, but didn't last long & the other to FL had broken stems & wilted petals. The intact ones lasted only a few days

This was a gift for my sister-in-law’s birthday, and it was very disappointing upon drop off from UPS. In the picture, the bouquet looks full and just gorgeous. Unfortunately, that wasn’t real life for this purchase due to the flowers being so small, thin, and sagging over. I’ll be making my own bouquet for her next time and for half the price.

I ordered flowers for my wife and my mother. Both showed wilted and dead. They both had to go in the trash. I have ordered several times before and never had this problem

The flowers were nothing like the picture. It was all Greenery. They were way too young to even be picked. Took about 4 days to start seeing them come out right. Would never buy flowers from them again.

The tulips had a beautiful color but they never opened up. I contacted customer service and they required a photo of the flowers, which I had, and then they were gracious enough to issue me a "courtesy" one time refund. A replacement shipment was not an option.

Total rip off! Whoever sent these flowers out should be fired.
