Beautiful bouquet but only lasted three days. I feel shipping without any wet paper towel on bottom lessened their lifespan. They are dropped off from a cold delivery truck in Maine is not forgiving either.

Never Again

Ordered these for my daughter who had major surgery because she loves tulips, Saw the picture and thought the flowers are always beautiful when shopping in Sam’s these arrived yesterday and the were absolutely horrible if I could have given it a zero star I would have called Sam’s and they asked for pictures and was told I would receive a call back . Never heard back . My husband also ordered me 3 dozen of roses that came today and they didn’t look ok much better and he ordered me an additional 3 dozen for our anniversary next week and I called and cancelled them . I will never order flowers from Sam’s online again because you definitely do not get what you order .

Gorgeous flowers, but the card was blank so I had no idea who they were from until the person reached out to me. The shipping method was very clever, but the vase seemed a little too small for the arrangement because it was hard to get them all to fit. Quality of flowers was very good!

Late delivery, sad flowers by the time she receive

I order these tulips for my mother who was sick at the time, and I wanted to surprise her and hoping the beautiful colors make her feel good, but they showed up late, she should receive them on Friday, but they arrived Monday, they spend 3 days in the package, almost dead by the time she opened the box, very sad and disappointed.

Never Delivered. Never explained.

Ordered for mother's day. Never delivered and you can't just get regular customer service to help you. It's a whole separate department. Had to go through the whole AI process and wait time to talk with the special department customer service only to get disconnected. Just know that if you have a problem with flowers through Sams, Sam's doesn't handle it.

I ordered flowers online for my Aunt in PA a week before Easter. They were to be a surprise. For days, the app had the status of my order as "processing". Since this went past Easter and I hadn't heard from my aunt, I assumed the flowers had not been delivered. Still not wanting to spoil the surprise, I contacted Sam's directly. The ESL rep started my inquiry with the flower vendor. In the meantime, I confessed to my aunt that I had tried to get her flowers delivered for Easter and I failed. She let me know that flowers had been delivered but no signature on the little card and therefore had no idea who sent them. So, we have the app that failed and the card was not filled out correctly. I gave the second star due to the fact they refunded me a percentage of my purchase price. I would have preferred competency.

I sent these to my friend in another state for her birthday. She said the tulips were lovely and they lasted a long time. My slight disappointment was with the delivery schedule. If you are ordering flowers from Sam's Club allow an extra 2 to 3 days for delivery.

These flowers were delivered two days later than the posted delivery date. When my relative sent me a picture of the tulips, one of them was fully open, indicating it has passed its prime. None of them appeared to be ‘buds’ as displayed in Sam’s floral website. Better luck next time. (These were ordered three weeks before Valentine’s Day.)

Delivered to wrong house.

The flowers were nice but the FedEx person left them at our neighbors house by mistake (it was cold outside), our neighbor did not get home till late at night so the flowers were left outside for 8 hours so they did not last very long I think because of being left out in the cold.
