Great tasting steak as always, but hate the prison rules in Sam's club. Get ready to wait in line longer than it took to grab the steaks. Strip search coming in 2024.

The meat at Sam’s is very good quality. The prices are a bit high due to inflation right now but you can’t find it cheaper anywhere else. Not even Aldi.

Perfect for Crock Pot or Long Slow Oven Cooking. We treat these like a Chuck Roast with onions, potatoes, and carrots or use them for tacos by adding salsa and meat to a crock pot and slow cooking all day.

Tough. Low quality meet. Also Walmart/Sam’s stop charging people for the weight of the tray. Not hard to zero the scale out with an empty tray on it.

These steaks are large, probably averaging 3/4 lb. I had to cut some of them. The flavor is dark and delicious, with a slight cartilage penalty, usually only one or two veins per steak.

I purchased 16 Sirloin steaks to grill. Half of the steaks were very rough and had a lot of “grizzle.” Very disappointed with the quality of meat this particular time.

I prepared the first steak for kabobs with a marinade. They were not nearly as tender as i expected. The second preparation was a simple sear to medium rare. The texture was quite rubbery. I ended up throwing the last steak away.

These are delicious and tender Tip steaks. They cook up quickly and make a great quick meal. You can prepare them in difference ways too. I will buy more. Try them!
