I tossed these in the instant pot with celery and carrots. It was like having 6 mini roasts I didnt have to slice. Tender juicy... yum. Mine were not fatty, nor did they have any gristle. I made gravy out of the stock. I would definitely recommend this cut of beef.

I like to cook this beef round tip in the slow cooker and use it in different ways. For enchiladas, French Dip sandwiches, beef and vegetable soup, etc. It's very lean, so there's essentially no waste to fat.

Bought these today. Marinated them and beat them so get them tender. They was so tough still, cut in small pieces just to eat and my family still had a hard time eating them. Wont buy again.

I am totally satisfied with this purchase. The steaks were great on the grill after a good marinade. And the price was less than ground beef at other stores. Have already bought more.

This is the worst steak I've ever had. The cut was terrible. This was a one time purchase. They were tough and chewy and the flavor was extremely strong.

Bought these Saturday, and went to cook Monday, they spoiled. Package said I had 2 more days until freeze or cook date.

I cook my steak medium rare. This steak is very good.
