Good meat but very tough, had to make a stew and die cook the meat too make it tender.

Very tuff meat I would not buy again

The meat was already bad when we opened it at home.

Seldom you see these beef prices at Sam's, but after you grill it you understand why...

So sad that this package was really, really, tough.

Cooked these in a sous vide...EXCELLENT. very tender, juicy and tasty

On the tough side, so won't be buying this cut again.
