it was delivered in horrible condition. Like it was put together last minute with broken box!!! that was taped together. half the branches are missing. will not recommend.

Could be a beautiful tree, but I never received it. Shipping was a nightmare and when my package finally said delivered, what I received was a beat-up box with an opened rototiller inside. Not worth the hassle or headache.

Mmmmm….not like the picture at all. Even after fluffing. Very sparse. This is probably going back For whatever reason I cannot post the picture. Too bad too cuz it could be a very nice artificial tree

We recently started decorating our home office, and this tree has become a fantastic addition. I'm truly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of this piece. It's a beautiful addition to our space. Love, love Sams

The ficus tree was even more real looking than I expected. I also expected the leaves and branches to be flat from the shipping, but it wasn't bad at all. All I did was bend a few branches to my liking and it looks real as can be in my living room. Is difficult for me to grow real plants in my house because of the sunlight available. I love it and the price was the reason I bought it, reasonable. The base of wicker is of quality material, and I would recommend this product for anyone with problems trying to grow their own plants.

This was better than I expected. The tree is very full and lifelike. It is lightweight and will be easy to clean later down the road. The basket looks like high quality. It was packed and shipped securely. I’ll be ordering another one for our church.

The one I ordered is still in the box for keeping when I move. But, I saw one in the store and I could not believe how real it looked so I know what my purchase will look like after I move. The one in the store was the best I have seen and for far less than I have seen them.

I bought 2 trees. One looks great. The second one has a crooked trunk at the top that doesn’t look so good. Also, some of the branches came out and had to be reinserted. The baskets for the base look good. The trees had a bad smell, but were fine after aired outside for about a week. The price was quite reasonable.

Beautiful BIG Tree! Bigger than I expected but it’s perfect! Full and what I wanted for an empty corner. I can’t believe the price for this. I feel like I took advantage of you Sam’s Club! I’ve seen other trees in other stores for triple the money and they weren’t as pretty! Thank you!
