[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Samsung previous to this one and loved it! When we saw the upgraded features we decided to purchase the bespoke. It was time for a new refrigerator. We love the doors without handles, because it gives the refrigerator a clean sleek look. We also love the hidden beverage door. It is very convenient to get water from a pitcher or the dispenser. Love that the pitcher fills itself when needed. Also we keep our condiments in the beverage door as well. Love this refrigerator!

Space was needed desperately, especially during the holidays as our family gathers together. We now have plenty of space to store those special holiday dishes. The deli tray is definitely a favorite to grab snacks and hold pies.

this unit is not fingerprint and smudge proof as originally informed. it is very poorly made. the ice maker has the ":cube ice" and "crushed ice" feature. you can only get about 3 cups of ice a day. the ice maker does not make ice on a regular schedule. lastly but most important. i prefer the crushed ice. the last two times i was able to get a cup of ice, i had broken pieces of plastic in my ice. this second time i bit into the plastic and chipped my tooth. for the price we paid for this unit, it is not worth it!!!

I had a counter depth before but bought a nirmal depth this time and can’t believe the difference in the storage. The drinks drawer is my favorite part, easy in and out. We’re most happy with the large capacity, layout, beverage center, middle drawer and dual ice maker. Of course the glass door panels are attractive and easy to clean. Must wait a decade to see how well it’s holding up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed at this point with the Samsung Bespoke fridge. We purchased a used unit from a local shop, it was not working properly, would not hold a constant temperature. Returned it and got a brand new unit. So far, it’s the very same thing. The fridge is set at 34 and the constant temp is anywhere from 38 to 45 degrees. I’ve tried various thermometers and even have a dial one in a cup of water to try and mimic food temps, but it’s the same thing. The fridge looks good and we like some of the features, but we may have to return this one as well if the temp issues doesn’t straighten out: I’ve found other reviews that indicate the same problem. At this point, I can’t recommend with good conscience for anyone to purchase a Bespoke fridge. Very disappointed given the price you pay for the unit.
