My favorite feature is the smart things app. I always know my fridge/freezer temps, can control the ice maker and auto order a new water filter when it's time. I love the sliding shelves to make room for taller pans. It looks small inside but holds so much. A ton of bottles fit in the door. The auto water pitcher is used all day long by my kids. They definitely drink more water since we purchased.

We love our fridge and the amount of room that is in there! It took only a few hours for it to cool when we first got it and it hasn’t been an issue! We love the water pitcher it is so easy and very convenient. We also really like the amount of space in each container in there for keeping the area organized. It is accessible and such a clean look in our kitchen.

The dual ice maker is amazing, the option to change the color of the door makes it so fashionable and not a boring one color appliance. All in all, I’d choose this over again.

I originally wrote a review that I like the fridge, but the "white glass" panels are not white at all. It's a light gray at best. Very disappointed in the coloring as it doesn't look at all like the photos. Samsung replied to my review that "The color of the fridge panel can vary based on the type of lighting present. It's always best to visit a local store to check the actual colors in person." Since I can't reply to their response, I'll do so here. First, obviously I saw the fridge in person first, and it's clearly a different color than what arrived at my home. You can see that in my own photo, and no lighting would ever make this the same shade of white that's in every promotional photo or what I saw in person. Looking through review photos on this very website, you can see that the color of the panels varies. I'm attaching a screenshot of a review where both the bottom panels were "white" and but the middle color clearly looks like mine (grey), and the very bottom panel is the white they've advertised. How would lighting explain that one? This is a known quality control issue that I've found discussed on online forums, and I just wish that Samsung would acknowledge it instead of gaslighting us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] hands down this is one of the best refrigerators we have ever owned ability to check the filter in the app, auto fill the water pitcher, and being able to cut on and off the ice Is amazing!! You can use the middle door/drawer as either a deli drawer or extra freezer! Its a simple click in the app and your done. Samsung outdid their selves on this one.

The bespoke category had an option to change the panel color as well. The pitcher feature is really good. overall this is an amazing product

The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door has been a genuinely pleasant surprise. The storage space is just… generous. 29 cubic feet means I'm not playing Tetris every time I come back from the grocery store. Everything has its place, and getting to it is easy. Cooling-wise, it's been rock solid. Things stay fresh, the temperature is consistent, and I haven't had to worry about anything going off too soon. It just quietly does its job. And it looks beautiful too. The Bespoke design fits right into the kitchen without trying too hard. If you're on the fence — I'd say go for it. It's one of those purchases you stop noticing because it just works.

The shelves were easy to reset to fit the way I wanted to set up the layout that fits me. I was concerned about not having in the door ice and water but the clean look and the beverage door are well worth the change.

The metal inside cools things quickly, so I can take a bottle of white wine right from the store to serving. I like the water pitcher feature, and it fills quickly for large groups. I also like the variety of options for shelving on the inside.
