Always keeps my food cold and the ice maker is constantly going, we never run out lol. It's a consistent working fridge and love the accessibility and the doors and drawers have. Helps me keep things organized too! Love the hub! Use it all yhe time when I'm in the kitchen. I can watch a movie, listen to music , look at recipes, see who's at the door, and leave memos for my boys or whoever, and prolly much more I haven't even explored yet! However, the Wi-Fi connectivity and SmartThings integration are very frustrating. It frequently drops its wireless connection and constantly shows as offline in the mobile app, requiring frequent manual reconnects. If Samsung improves the stability of its smart features and app connectivity, this would easily be a top-tier appliance.

The house side door finish is very durable You can't see any scratches throughout the years. The cooling has been very consistent. Will definitely recommend and buy again in the future.

The fridge is amazing! Love all the space and the flex drawer is one of the greatest things ever! I love that it cools everything perfectly, and two different ice sizes. The finish of the fridge BEAUTIFUL! It’s super accessible and easy to reach items. All of the specs are truly great and love that it connects to WIFI! The doors open smoothly, shelves and drawers amazing! The refrigerator has good ergonomics because the shelves and drawers are easy to access, frequently used items are at a comfortable height, and there is minimal bending or reaching required.
