[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am leaving an utterly honest review and I will start off by saying that I was not leaning toward buying a Samsung refrigerator. In fact, I considered every other brand first. I really liked the look of the Bespoke refrigerator when I went to the store to browse, but I read less than stellar review on Samsung. Upon further research, this particular fridge actually boasted better than average reviews due to it's more unique features. Specifically, the ice maker drops into the bottom of the fridge. This seemingly reduces previous problems others have noted with in-door ice makers. I watched a review video from a refrigerator repairman (highly recommend doing this) and he attested to this being a really smart upgrade on Samsing's part. The beverage center is great as well and really convenient. I find having the water system inside the door keeps it a little more tidy on the outside. The glass doors are easy to clean and having a middle drawer with temperature control allows you to customize how you use your space. A few things to note could be improved: - The handheld ice scoop is located in a drawer above the ice. Which is inconvenient when you try to put it back in the top drawer slider - Ice Bites clump up sometimes. Not sure why this happens because it's not all the time - Door shelf space is a bit chaotic. Top shelves are really short and the left door loses a lot of space because of the beverage center. With all being said, I've recommended this fridge to family already. It's also very quiet which is nice.

The remote control for the autofill water system and dual ice maker is a fantastic and efficient convenience. TEMPS ARE MAINTAINED BEAUTIFULLY. Delivery was outstanding. Removed the old refrigerator and all packaging. Courteous, careful and efficient…really good guys!

I originally wrote a review that I like the fridge, but the "white glass" panels are not white at all. It's a light gray at best. Very disappointed in the coloring as it doesn't look at all like the photos. Samsung replied to my review that "The color of the fridge panel can vary based on the type of lighting present. It's always best to visit a local store to check the actual colors in person." Since I can't reply to their response, I'll do so here. First, obviously I saw the fridge in person first, and it's clearly a different color than what arrived at my home. You can see that in my own photo, and no lighting would ever make this the same shade of white that's in every promotional photo or what I saw in person. Looking through review photos on this very website, you can see that the color of the panels varies. I'm attaching a screenshot of a review where both the bottom panels were "white" and but the middle color clearly looks like mine (grey), and the very bottom panel is the white they've advertised. How would lighting explain that one? This is a known quality control issue that I've found discussed on online forums, and I just wish that Samsung would acknowledge it instead of gaslighting us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the configuration of the middle deli drawer so I don’t have to open the whole fridge every time. And the beverage center as well, as I drink several times during the day. The pitcher is great for filling my coffee maker with cold filtered water. Fridge is roomy, cools quickly, and everything is easy access. And if I redecorate, no problem. Just switch the panels! It’s beautiful and sleek and easy to clean. Overall very pleased with this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is works exactly as I have hoped! the ability to have a space just for my kids is perfect. They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of capacity and the fact you can change the color made the difference to us. Could not locate it in black but we were able to get the black panels. We have the original stainless panels if other kitchen appliances fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge! The only thing I wish was different was the material on the outside of the fridge. I am constantly wiping of fingerprints. Other than that, it holds more than enough food. The middle drawer makes it so easy to store fruits and veggies. I love that I am able to adjust the temp between the top of the fridge and the drawer. I also love that I was able to get an app to control the temp and make ice. I also love how the middle shelf on the top is adjustable. The entire layout of the fridge is perfect.

Love the fridge, middle drawer, beverage center, and design, but I HATE the freezer. The freezer is designed such that as long as the ice maker is running, the freezer is always running at -15 until the ice maker turns off. We are constantly using the ice so the freezer never runs at the setpoint. Now our food is constantly too cold and our ice cream is way too hard and the freezer is often covered in a thin layer of ice/frost.

I never have an issue with storage because the refrigerator is so spacious. I am able to fit everything I need in the refrigerator and the freezer without any issues. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this sleek looking refrigerator.
