If I could I would havw given zero stars, and I will be telling everyone I know to not buy samsung ever again. We got our fridge in September 2024, now in March 2025 it flooded the kitchen ruining the floors. To make it worse Samsung support says they will not do anything to fix this. That even though they know where the leak is its not their fault, and they closed the ticket. Spent hours on the phone for them to say that sucks good luck, and just turn the water off. So we can't use the beverage station or ice in a 2024 fridge that's less than 1 year old. Do not buy from Samsung, they will not help you and you will be stuck with a fridge that doesn't have half the features you paid for and a ruined kitchen floor. With a well that suck for you from support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this fridge for about 2 weeks now and we are in love with it!!!! It is very very spacious. I wasn’t sure how I would like the deli drawer but so far I love it, I also love that I can switch it to a wine drawer. Freezer is very spacious and I love the divided drawers. Ice cube have two different settings, and so far so good. We have our little ice bites and regular ice cubes. The auto fill pitcher has also been a really great feature! It fills up super fast and the water is always nice and chilly. I would definitely recommend this fridge!

I can say that my husband loves this more 😂 he is very vocal about how stylish and unique plus with enough space to put all the groceries weekly. We are receiving compliments too. I had a Samsung refrigerator for the last 10 yrs so I was ready for a replacement. The refrigerator looks amazing from the outside with, I had white panels originally. Taking away the water and ice station and adding them inside is pleasing to the eye for me. I absolutely love that there aren't any annoying handles either. The refrigerator doors are easy to open and when you look inside the space is incredible. As mentioned, the beverage center is awesome. The pitcher automatically refills after each use and tucks away perfectly. We put small drinks in the storage container and don't even have to open the whole refrigerator if all we want is water or a beverage. The interior is so spacious, you can fit all of your food items in there neatly. The door storages are perfect size to store milks and juices too. The middle compartment works well for extra drinks or whatever you choose. I absolutely love the ice maker! It makes two sizes of ice, is quite and doesn't over fill. The freezer offers above average space as well. The settings are easy to use and understand. I currently have blue panels in my refrigerator now, which I love. They were easy to replace, but did require at least 2 people. Overall this is a great purchase and I'm very happy with the look, feel and operability of my new Samsung Bespoke!

I enjoy having an appliance in my kitchen that looks more like art than a dull refrigerator. Of course, the functionality is important too and it does not disappoint there either. It is very quite and keeps everything the right temp. The interior areas are all well illuminated. So far I am extremely pleased with this refrigerator/freezer. Nice job Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the ice maker stopped making ice due to a failed factory refrigerant connection, apparently a known issue covered by a service letter. After numerous hours on the phone with Samsung this was repaired. Now the refrigerator won’t consistently cool to the set temp of 36, it wanders up to 44. To say we are disappointed in Samsung quality is an understatement. We will never purchase another Samsung product.
