[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had it for a few weeks, but so far we love it. The glass finish looks gorgeous, and the best thing is that it's very quiet. The refrigeration seems to be very efficient, and the ice maker is working without any problems. I'll provide a long term update at the 6 month and 1 year mark.

The beverage center drew me to this model, as I never liked water and ice dispensers on the outside of the door. Works great and easy to keep clean. The Deli drawer is also a plus as you can set the temperature for the items you are storing. Overall a great frig and it is SO Quiet. Also, the Ice Maker actually works like it is suppose too and does not clump into frozen lumps!! Very happy with my new frig!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had the refrigerator long, but so far has exceeded expectations. Much larger refrigerator compartment than we expected. Ice maker does a good job, I even shut it off for a couples of days so we could use up the ice. My wife really likes this one. Only issue we had was delivery, dates changed multiple times. Be ready for a delay. Access to the water area only takes a couple of times until it becomes habit. It's nice to have cold filtered water on hand.

The white glass is great ... cannot see fingerprints easily. The freezer is a good size and it's nice having two sizes of ice cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very skeptical of the bottom freezer, but I absolutely love it. I love that we get full-size ice cubes and tiny ice cubes. There’s plenty of room. The French doors are amazing the inner Door beverage center might be my favorite thing with the picture and the filter for my mint water. If you could hear the tone of my voice, you would know how excited I am about this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love this refrigerator....finally have room for groceries & LOVE having the freezer on the bottom (as much as I'm shrinking) LOL only thing I didn't do was allow for the extra 3 inches to open the door, don't make the same mistake, thankfully because I have a counter depth, I was able to pull it out a little more & it looks fine. Love the colors too. It's such a pretty shade of blue.

I never have an issue with storage because the refrigerator is so spacious. I am able to fit everything I need in the refrigerator and the freezer without any issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best laid out refrigerator Ive ever owned. I’ve bought many appliances over the years. I currently have two kitchens. The Samsung Bespoken is so spacious. I love the that all the condiments and more can fit in the side doors leaving the main body very roomy for large items. It’s wonderful for organizing properly. The option draw of cool/ freeze is great. The freezer is massive and I love the double ice bin. I can better control the ice by use the scoop verses the traditional in the door ice that spits out ice all over the floor. I can’t say enough about how pleased my family is with our purchase. Thank you Samsung, you’ve done it get - hone run !!!!

Samsung markets these Bespoke appliances with customizable colors but the actual door panel colors are never available for more than a year now. They only have white, black and grey. Bespoke color gimmick is fake and now I am stuck with an ugly monochrome color fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am leaving an utterly honest review and I will start off by saying that I was not leaning toward buying a Samsung refrigerator. In fact, I considered every other brand first. I really liked the look of the Bespoke refrigerator when I went to the store to browse, but I read less than stellar review on Samsung. Upon further research, this particular fridge actually boasted better than average reviews due to it's more unique features. Specifically, the ice maker drops into the bottom of the fridge. This seemingly reduces previous problems others have noted with in-door ice makers. I watched a review video from a refrigerator repairman (highly recommend doing this) and he attested to this being a really smart upgrade on Samsing's part. The beverage center is great as well and really convenient. I find having the water system inside the door keeps it a little more tidy on the outside. The glass doors are easy to clean and having a middle drawer with temperature control allows you to customize how you use your space. A few things to note could be improved: - The handheld ice scoop is located in a drawer above the ice. Which is inconvenient when you try to put it back in the top drawer slider - Ice Bites clump up sometimes. Not sure why this happens because it's not all the time - Door shelf space is a bit chaotic. Top shelves are really short and the left door loses a lot of space because of the beverage center. With all being said, I've recommended this fridge to family already. It's also very quiet which is nice.
