They tried to schedule again without scheduling a date with me. We finally agreed on a date for A replacement of the replacement and it was dented as well, identified again by the drivers before even got into my home. Again, they showed up at my home with a replacement for this replacement of the replacement without scheduling a date with me and I was out of town. We’ll see if I ever get a quality refrigerator. And the worst part is that every one of these situations takes at least an hour of my time on the phone.

The upscale and cutting-edge design of the Samsung refrigerator that can be customized thanks to the presence of panels that may be engraved with individual initials or names The panels are easy to clean and do not show fingerprints when they are examined. This model's inside is exceptionally spacious, and it comes standard with a beverage center that has a pitcher that automatically refills itself as well as the capacity to make water that has been infused with the fruits and vegetables of your choosing. My favorite feature is the dual ice maker, which, oddly enough, is located in the freezer rather in the refrigerator as it would normally be expected to be. The ice that is generated by one ice maker comes out in the shape of large cubes, while the ice that is produced by the other ice maker is in the form of tiny pieces. Each ice maker comes with its very own convenient ice tray, which enables you to quickly and conveniently get ice cubes for your water or ice bites for whatever drinks you want in a matter of seconds. A premium cooling system that has three evaporators for the highest possible level of freshness, as well as accurate temperature and humidity controls in each of the three zones, so that your food may remain fresher for a longer period of time. Includes a flexzone full-width drawer that may hold beer/soda cans, wine bottles, and deli meats and cheeses in addition to other items. You may store fruit or vegetables in it, and the temperature can be adjusted. The best part is that you can place a bigger plate in it, and it is large enough to hold a pizza that is 18 inches in diameter, both of which would not normally fit in the primary refrigerator. normally fit in the primary refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 29 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. The Pitcher :-) has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

We love the counter depth size, the French doors on top, and the flex drawer. It’s quiet and makes tons of ice in two sizes. We love the hidden beverage center and especially the auto fill pitcher with infuser. The quality seems great so far, too. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice product. You will wait for the ice maker for about 12 hours. Plenty of space and the lowest shelf on the right hand door holds 2 gallon jugs. Not a fan of no humidity adjustment on the Crispers. The "Crisper+" is for leafy vegetables and the drawer on the right if for fruit, but no place can you find that in the manual.

The beauty of this fridge brings so much sophistication into my kitchen with just one appliance. I get compliments from everyone who comes over. The top unit gets cold quickly and remains at a constant temperature. Door open wide and there is room from wall to wall in the fridge. The LED’s are bright and inviting. The 2 Crisper drawers are large, deep and at the perfect height. Shelves are customizable heights, even depths with the shelf that slides to the back to allow for larger items. Door bins are perfect size for Milk gallon jugs and other condiments. My favorite part of the top unit is the Beverage center. Door inside a door with access to 2 bins, an Auto Fill Pitcher (Which I actually use for Cold Brew) and a water dispenser. One of my families favorite part of the fridge is the Flex Zone Drawer. It has 5 different temperature settings and 3 customizable size spaces to put food. We keep all of the kids snacks, like apple sauce, juice, soda, string cheese and cold cuts. It keeps everything nice and organized. As for the Freezer, My husband is not too thrilled on the bottom load freezers, but he enjoys this one. It’s much larger than it actually looks, so he is satisfied. One things that is absolutely special about the freezer is the 2 different types of Ice. Cubed and Ice Bites. The ice Bites are my families favorite. On top of this fridge being such a great unit, It’s Wifi compatible. You can hook it up to your Samsung SmartThings App and control the temperature, Power Cool and Power Freeze Options, Turn on and off the ice, even get notifications on when it’s open or shut. All in all, I never thought that I would be excited to own a fridge, but I love it and find my self staring at how beautiful this thing is!

It was our first choice in our kitchen renovation. All our appliance is Samsung, including the dishwasher, microwave and stove. Our bespoke is the center piece of the kitchen, especially the beverage section, a door within a door, it's different, it attracts the attention of our guest and often a conversation piece of how it complements the renovation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my good friend has this fridge, but the 29 cuft one, and it is great! So great, in fact, that I wanted one for myself! I got the 23 cuft version in Morning Blue Glass with the bottom 3 in white - I love the look of this, everyone seems to as well! The 23 cuft sizing is great for my kitchen as I don't have a ton of open space in the middle. The larger 29 cuft would not have looked good in my kitchen. The best feature for us is the beverage center. Not only do you get a regular water dispenser, but also the auto-filling water jug... and the water taste great! I do wish there was more details on the filter though (in case I wanted an additional filter on top of the Samsung's filter here. The ice tray on the bottom is neat, although I feel like it has take up more space in my freezer than I would have liked. The center drawer is for cans, which is great for those who love their drinks in the fridge (from unopened wine bottle to canned drinks). I also love the shelf that has a small area where you can push a part of it to slide back; it create this open area for really tall bottles or other odd items that is really tall. You don't have to move an entire shelf to accommodate something like that (we had a tall fruit drink that we got from Costco that required just a extra inch on our shelf and opening that section of the shelf up made it fit!). I do notice that there is a huge loss in space from the 29 cuft to the 23, but as we have a second fridge in the garage, this was not an issue for us - we definitely prefer not bumping into the refrigerator in the kitchen and just having a nicer layout. Overall, great refrigerator!
