[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research on refrigerators, I decided to go with this Bespoke 4-door refrigerator. I'm so glad I decided on this one. It was super easy to set up and get going. I'm also a huge fan of the app that this will connect to and the fact that the panels can be changed at any time. For now we opted for black stainless steel on each quadrant area. The ice maker in the bottom makes a ton of ice and even two kinds at the same time! Both cubed and mini cubed. I'm also a super fan of the filtered auto-fill water pitcher in the fridge's mini door. The beverage station is great because we also stack the kids snacks on the shelves above so it's easy for them to get to without opening the entire fridge. There is plenty of LED light throughout the fridge and freezer...I took a pic a night of the ice and included it in this review so you could see how bright it is and how well the ice maker is. I was originally worried that there was no ice dispense in the upper portion of the fridge, but this makes ice fast enough that the worry is gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've really found a gem of a fridge with this samsung. here are a few of the highlights that our family of 5 take advantage of with this fridge.... 1. dual ice maker is a dream. we always have plenty of ice and having 2. sizes is a surprisingly nice bonus feature. 2. beverage center is a must have. being able to fill up a stanley at any time with cold water from the pitcher is so convenient. also the fact that it's hidden inside the fridge makes for a much better look in the kitchen 3. with the ice maker in the freezer section below, it makes for plenty of room in the fridge. we never seemed to have enough room with past fridges. our family highly recommends this fridge to all who are looking for a versatile fridge with loads of features and space for everything.

Love the fridge, middle drawer, beverage center, and design, but I HATE the freezer. The freezer is designed such that as long as the ice maker is running, the freezer is always running at -15 until the ice maker turns off. We are constantly using the ice so the freezer never runs at the setpoint. Now our food is constantly too cold and our ice cream is way too hard and the freezer is often covered in a thin layer of ice/frost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just after black Friday and love it so far. I have the white with glass and charcoal glass panels. When I become fickle and decide to change them out; I will. The beverage center gets used frequently for cooking and drinking. Our kitchen is positioned where the fridge hook up is far left and adjacent to the pantry. Somewhat a difficult location but being that we are adults we don’t slam doors and cupboards in this home so a slim clear bumper on the door frame to prevent the fridge from making contact, which is does, but is definitely workable. The ice maker is perfect and stays full. We use the flex for deli and yogurt, have not tried it in freeze yet. By the way, samsung delivery and shipping process was world class.

The product and installation service were absolutely awful. The installers carried the refrigerator into the living room and dragged it all the way to the kitchen without placing anything on the floor to protect it. There were two installers, but only one did all the dragging, which makes no sense at all. They caused unnecessary damage to the floor and the refrigerator during the process. My house is brand new—it’s only been 3 days since closing—and now both my home and the refrigerator are damaged. I bought a Samsung product, but this experience has only brought me stress and disappointment. I expected much better quality and care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great for our large family. My preschoolers love that they have a special drawer for all their snacks that they can easily access. The flexible drawer can be used in multiple ways depending on what I need. The upper part of the fridge is spacious and can fit various size items. The beverage center's pitcher makes it easy to fill large containers and I can use it for water infusions. The freezer has plenty of space. The drawer in the freezer makes it not too deep that stuff gets lost. The color matches most things well. I also get notifications on my phone when my 3 year old leaves the door open. Overall couldn't ask for more.
