[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for around 3 months now and really like it. Pros: I like the look without the handles. I use the beverage center daily, it’s great having a pitcher that autofills itself. The layout of the interior shelves is nice as it works for a good fridge flow. Cons: when this arrived, it smelled of strong plastic. So strong that it flavored food both in the fridge and freezer. It seems like the ice machine makes more of one ice cube than another and it’s easy to hit cubes that fall behind the shelf (both when getting ice and I hear it happening when it’s spitting out new ice cubes).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Fridge! The beverage center is great and I love the two different ice sizes. It is also wonderful that you can choose what to use the middle drawer for either to keep things cool or an extra freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this beautiful Bespoke french door with amazing features that I love. One are the dual ice options.....ice bites and cubed. The AutoFill Water Pitcher is so convenient and hidden from sight until you need it. My only complaint is that I ordered white panels but they look grey against my cabinets and this was a huge disappointment for me. Online it really shows very white which is why I ordered it that way. I guess I will have to order the Stainless look which is what I had previously but not what I really wanted in this refrigerator.

The beverage center, auto fill water pitcher, multi sizes of ice cubes (hello perfect small ice!), and beyond spacious interior. Can’t forget the color options! We are beyond happy and made the right choice with this fridge!

I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I do wish it came with a book explaining all the features and how to utilize them. The only issue I’ve had is getting it to connect to the app on my phone. I replaced a 5 year old LG refrigerator that went out multiple times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the refrigerator are that it is modern and sleek looking. It really brings the kitchen look up to another level. The finish is clean looking with defined panels and drawers. The expectation for the panels was more of a pearl white but they are a little grey. Once you have it for a week or so you move past that and it just blends in beautifully. The next impression you get is when you open the top doors. There is a ton of space in there. The difference is immediately felt when moving from a side by side refrigerator. All existing food fit in with plenty of room to spare. The side by side refrigerator was filled up and items had to be moved around to get things out. With this style you don't have to move much around to get what you need. The lighting is fantastic inside so you will be able to see everything fine. The doors and bottom two drawers open smoothly, quietly, and have a satisfying mechanism at closing that you can tell seals. No more guessing if you actually closed the door. The bottom two drawers have plenty of space. The middle drawer can be filled with lunch meats, cheeses, bacon, yogurts, etc. There really is enough space in the drawer for all that and more. The bottom freezer drawer has plenty of storage. It is setup in a way that you can find you food packages and not have to dig to much. The only issue is you have to bend over to get to it but that isn't an issue for us....yet. No more pulling and hunting for food in the side by side refrigerator. The refrigeration seems perfectly fine. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout. Had bad luck before where some foods may freeze if in the back portions of the refrigerator. Not so here. Everything is cooled to even temperatures. Lastly the refrigerator is extremely quiet. There are no fan noises or rattling when opening doors. So far it is an impressive appliance and would recommend.

Fridge broke within one year (leaking Freon). Has taken more than one month for Samsung to coordinate its repair, which is still not complete. They do not centrally save notes, so multiple technicians came out without up to date information, and could not repair the unit. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product.

Multiple zone temperature controls help save energy. I control the Bespoke operation from my phone. The beverage center is amazing. I use both water pitcher and by the glass every day.

Awesome for roommates that won’t refill water pitchers. Only suggestion I have is to double check the size specifications. My fridge arrived and is a bit shorter than it showed on the product page. The chat representative I spoke to had accurate sizing which prompted me to move forward with the purchase. If I had only relied on the specs on the product page I would have gone for a different model due to it being too large.
