The door in a door is the greatest idea.We are able to get water and other beverages without opening the door to the refrigerator, which keeps the cold air in the refrigerator where it belongs. The sleek design, beverage center with auto fill water pitcher and the two different size ice cubes have to be my favorite features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new home that had 20 year old appliances and decided to go ahead and update them. We decided to get the Bespoke fridge with white glass panels and it looks so beautiful in our kitchen. The beverage station is probably our favorite feature - something you don't think you need until you have it. Lots of space in each compartment. The counter depth fridge doesn't fit a large pizza box, which is a minor nuisance. Otherwise, we love the flex middle compartment to store snacks and deli items. Having the 2 sized ice cubes is nice. The inside is easy to wipe down and clean. The white glass doesn't show my little toddlers fingerprints, which is also a plus. Delivery went smoothly. They delivered the fridge with the glass panels attached and we were able to use it right away since the fridge is stored and delivered upright. Overall, we love our fridge and get compliments on it all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] in love with our new samsung bespoke 4-door refrigerator. our kitchen looks so beautiful& modern now. the function is the best. so spacious from the start. from the top main section to the beautiful beverage center that is hidden from the outside but so convenient to have. to store your favorite beverages on top and also have the refillable water pitcher on the bottom. also to the middle section that can me customize to your liking. we have it as a deli but it has more options like another beverage center or even wine center for wine lovers or a mini freezer with different temps. lastly the beautiful freezer that is so nice and deep to hold all our goodies. it also has the ice center with 2 different ice sizes that is so nice to have around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge finally gave out so we went looking and settled on this bespoke French door model. We have never been so excited about a major appliance!! We have so much more room than our old side by side and the beverage station is everyone's favorite with all of our drinks in one spot and an easy to reach shelf for my granddaughter! Also love the flex middle drawer which keeps all of our cheeses and lunch meats within easy reach and viewing. We look forward to getting extra panels so that we can change the colors on this too. Just can't recommend this fridge enough!!

First time I've ever had to read the full manual to figure out how to use a fridge. But once all setup it's amazing. And the look is real sexy too. Got lots of comments about how great it looks.

Best fridge I have ever owned, so much space for everything one needs. I love the two drawers one being the freezer ant the bottom and the middle drawer can be set to a freezer or fridge temps and can be used as a freezer, beverage drawer or deli drawer. The temperatures are easily adjustable inside the fridge to whatever you prefer. We use it for deli and it’s great to keep meat and cheeses seperate in the fridge. The organization in this fridge is amazing we love the beverage door that opens only part of the door to access beverages and the water jug. It’s a huge hit in my home and everyone loves this High end, high class cool fridge. The door ding is great for if you have kids that leave the door open too long serves as a great reminder for them to close the fridge in a timely matter. Truly the best fridge ever with the best features.

I love how this refrigerator looks and how the interior is arranged. But within two weeks of receiving the fridge, the freezer began to malfunction. It started to generate frosts across all the items stored inside the freezer which would then cause one or both of the ice makers to stop making ice. Then it would randomly stop then maybe another week or two, start doing the same thing again. I'm going to call for warranty repairs.

Purchased this fridge about 3 weeks ago. Love it. So much space and the design allows me to actually seperate different good groups into crispers and the second pull out drawer. This allows more room on the fridge shelves for platters and casseroles and leftovers . I love the self filling water pitcher. Never have to wait for cold water and the high water filter spout now allows for tall glasses and thermos fill ups. The ice tray makes two different sizes and is always full. Everything is so modern and the wi fi feature allows me to make adjustments when needed by my phone. I would buy this again .

2nd Samsung Refrigerator. 1st one had ice maker at the top, bad design, had repairman out 5 or 6 times, finally Samsung agreed to prorate it and give us a rebate. Okay with it. Our daughter purchased a Bespoke model and seen to be happy, so we thought we would give it a shot. We purchased it in March 2024 and today went to change the water filter and now is no longer dispensing water. Tried all the fixes, I can see the head of the module leaking. We have followed the recommended water filter change schedules and have always used Samsung Genuine water filters. So not happy with Samsung Refrigerator. Also, I had to turn the water off to the refrigerator because water had leaked out all over our floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a counter depth refrigerator this one is fantastic. Designed to hold plenty of food in convenient places. The beverage center is an added plus as is the flex zone drawer. Temperature holds steady in all areas. The smooth front without handles is a pleasant feature in the kitchen. It is well made and easy to move. The stainless steel finish is quite pretty and fingerprint resistant. The freezer with the ice maker allows a large capacity for frozen food. The two vegetable drawers are handy and each one can be accessed by opening only one door.
