Bought this 7 months ago. Loved the idea of creating the colors you want. We tried to buy a new orange panel but have been told it is discontinued. Bait and switch. Still shows it in the brochures though! Now we can't get the colors we want. Won't be buying Samsung for the new dishwasher or oven or range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Samsung Fridge and my last one (which I really liked) had the same 4 door layout. I really love this one so much more. I really like the simplistic design with the water dispenser hidden. It really makes the unit feel more premium. It also has a flat door instead of my last fridge which had a more curved door. It gives you more door storage space. At least it seems that way to me. I also really like how they moved the icemaker to the freezer area, including an option for two different types of ice. It gives you more space in the fridge where the old ice maker used to be. I have an RO line ran to the fridge so it makes great ice. Its also great that you can adjust all the settings using an app on the phone. Makes it really convenient. Only thing I wish it had was the family hub (which is an option for this fridge). I love the fact that if I ever decide to change my cabinet colors, I can order panels to match on the fridge!

I definitely changed the look of my kitchen and provided me the space I needed for my groceries. I really do enjoy the beverage center. Great design. The best part is you never get stuck with the glass color you buy! You can always replace them with a new look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this beautiful Bespoke french door with amazing features that I love. One are the dual ice options.....ice bites and cubed. The AutoFill Water Pitcher is so convenient and hidden from sight until you need it. My only complaint is that I ordered white panels but they look grey against my cabinets and this was a huge disappointment for me. Online it really shows very white which is why I ordered it that way. I guess I will have to order the Stainless look which is what I had previously but not what I really wanted in this refrigerator.

I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I do wish it came with a book explaining all the features and how to utilize them. The only issue I’ve had is getting it to connect to the app on my phone. I replaced a 5 year old LG refrigerator that went out multiple times.

The automatic refilling of the interior pitcher is an awesome as it holds 48 oz. Love the many compartments and shelves. Perfect except it needs the gravity drawers and doors. Miss the automatic closures. Also could use more than one shelf to hold tall wine bottles. Highly recommend this refrigerator!

Everything from the aesthetic appeal, interior design, ease of use for speciality compartments, and water and ice functions are fantastic. Simply the best refrigerator we have ever owned and my bride of 47 years is already referring to it as her refrigerator. I have put a claim on the hidden Beverage Center which is just genius!

I love this refrigerator! I was initially drawn to the Morning Blue glass front. I like it that someone at Samsung asked themselves, why can't refrigerators be pretty? Now that I have it, I really appreciate the convenience of the beverage center. I didn't think I would need or use the auto-filling water pitcher but I use it every day. I like have the water dispenser behind the glass. Love the little ice bites and the roomy freezer space. And the flexible drawer that can be a freezer or for deli. It's just a great refrigerator all around. Mine is counter depth and fits right in. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A real life saver! During the constant on/off outages last year, my old Kenmore refrigerator died on us out of a sudden. We searched for a new refrigerator everywhere but the delivery dates simply ridiculous, with some cases up to a month and half from the date of purchase!!! Insane!! That's when it hit me and I remember Samsung also makes kitchen appliances and after a quick visit to the online store, I found this Bespoke model with a respectful 4 day delivery... As a tech savvy guy, I was amazed by the features the product was offering and, in a matter of minutes, the purchase was complete. I chose the option with the beverage center which includes a self filling pitcher that always has cold water available. It also has the traditional glass filling option right next to it, so you can choose which one you want to use. To my surprise, the internal space is awesome as the whole water system system is fully embedded on the door. Multiple shelves and drawers keep everything well organized and within reach. The back aluminum plate not only gives a nice look but also helps with the efficient cooling. The adjustable middle drawer has different settings for beverage, freezer, produce, etc. Very convenient to offer cold drinks during parties without the need of opening the fridge door all the time. Freezer bottom drawer is wide and deep and allows lots of food to be stored for the long run. And the refrigerator connects to the Wi-Fi and can be monitored and controlled from the SmartThings app on my phone. It also sends push notifications for open doors, or any system malfunction. Two things I am not a huge fan though: 1. The beverage center is not completely isolated form the fridge. The door shelves are a pass-thru, meaning one can grab things from both side. This means, hot air flows in when the beverage center door is open. 2. The ice maker. The freezer drawer has an internal tray tray which half of it is used by the ice maker with two types of ice (cubes and smaller cubes) and it is located inside the freezer drawer for space optimization. Although a plastic ice scoop is provided, the tray has no ice breaking feature, which makes it hard to get the ice, as the ice cubes often fuse to each other turning into a huge ice block.
