The water filtration system is amazing and convenient. It's perfect for busy households and we use the “drink drawer” as a snack space for our kids. It's always at the perfect temperature and we love the ice machine.

I love that I can adjust the drawer to a deli temp for meats and cheeses or a beverage temp for juices and water. Water dispenser pitcher is wonderful for the table while still having access to a secondary water supply. Filter notification makes it very efficient with no guessing of when to do it. Cooling is a plus too.

It's clean and Sleek looking when you open up the top front doors is brightly illuminated. I love that they are flexible options for Crispers and the bottom right compartment we use this beverages which is perfect. It does make the freezer size pretty tiny if you do that but we have an extra freezer so it's not a big deal for us. Definitely would recommend this to anybody looking for a large capacity refrigerator that looks great

What stands out right away is the design. The Bespoke panels give it a clean, high-end look that actually makes the kitchen feel more put together. It doesn't stick out awkwardly either, so it blends in nicely with cabinets. Functionally, it's very well thought out. The 4-door layout is more useful than I expected. The middle drawer (FlexZone) is especially handy—you can switch it between fridge and freezer depending on what you need that week. Storage is flexible, and I've had no problem fitting large items.

I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks really elegant and is backed by functionality, its beverage center is hidden behind a small door which gives a clean look, additionally the water jug which fills itself makes things easy, food is always fresh and we can track the status using the app, once we had a leak because the bottle in the beverage center was not placed properly, beverage center gave alert about it and the fridge design prevented water on the floor, overall satisfied with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love my Samsung fridge, I've had it for over 2 years now and haven't had any major issues yet. The size is perfect and all the different compartments are perfect for separating the different foods I buy and store. The only minor issue I've had is the cooling of the ice, sometimes the cubes will freeze together and make it hard to use individual blocks. I haven't customized the door panels but I like the thoughts that I can. The water dispenser is perfect, I use that the most out of every feature, specifically the jug. And so far it's been efficient, my energy bill hasn't increased
