[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the dual ice maker, and the size ice it makes. As well as the water dispenser, having a separate water jug puts it over the top. It has different customization settings for the fridge, drawer and freezer cooling. It runs very efficiently, and the app keeps you updated on how it's running. I absolutely love it.

And the hidden door-in-the-door for access to a water pitcher and condiments. My one problem is with the ice maker. There's no back to the drawer that conveniently brings the ice out to you. But the ice maker fills the tray to the top and every time you open the drawer, ice falls out the back and into the freezer.

The bespoke AI Home Screen is kind of less responsive but otherwise it's all good, gorgeous appliances that compliment our kitchen. The best part is to setup m, control it from SmartThings app. I wish the Home Screen was more responsive and fluid, the touch response is quite but the opening of apps and processing, changing page options etc are way slow, not sure if that's how it works or it just mine device that behaves like this. Having said that I would recommend the appliance to friends and anyone who is interested in buying refrigerator with latest technology.

It looks great, runs very quiet and we never run out of filtered ice!! The filter replacement was easy and did not cost a fortune. Tons of room and well lit interior means we never have to hunt around to find items. Surprised how large the freezer section is....very satisfied with this product.

This appliance has been one of the worst i have ever owned. The delivery folks had to take the whole thing apart to get it inside. Once installed our first water filter change flooded the house. Called support the manual didn't require a water shut off per each filter change but support told us its absolutely necessary. Using a samsung filter as well. Next the freezer not even 2 years old totally defrosted and ruined all our food. Called support again we did some resetting and now its over freezing everything. Tech to come out and take a look. I have never had so many problems with an appliance yet. I will never biy samsung again. There are so many complaints online about this same issue. The inside is large and nice but at what cost we spent nearly 3k and barely can get 2 years oit of it without repair?

Cleaning it weekly is a breeze and I love the shiny stainless steel. The cold water dispensing is so smart so we don't loose energy when opened.
