[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for 2 months now and love it. The beverage center and 2 types of ice are my highlights. It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

If I could I would havw given zero stars, and I will be telling everyone I know to not buy samsung ever again. We got our fridge in September 2024, now in March 2025 it flooded the kitchen ruining the floors. To make it worse Samsung support says they will not do anything to fix this. That even though they know where the leak is its not their fault, and they closed the ticket. Spent hours on the phone for them to say that sucks good luck, and just turn the water off. So we can't use the beverage station or ice in a 2024 fridge that's less than 1 year old. Do not buy from Samsung, they will not help you and you will be stuck with a fridge that doesn't have half the features you paid for and a ruined kitchen floor. With a well that suck for you from support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new Bespoke refrigerator. It's got a unique look (white glass), holds a lot and has some really nifty features. I thought the Beverage Center was silly before we bought the refrigerator, but now, it's one of my favorite features. Love the two types of ice too. Being able to change the panels is a VERY clever bonus.

I'm happy with this refrigerator but I'm having issues with the water/ice dispenser. I changed the filter to a new one and the water dispenser just won't work. I take the filter out and put it back in an it works for about 30 seconds, don't know what to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the Bespoke products online ans thought I'd look at them in person. I had a Samsung refrigerator for the last 10 yrs so I was ready for a replacement. The refrigerator looks amazing from the outside with, I had white panels originally. Taking away the water and ice station and adding them inside is pleasing to the eye for me. I absolutely love that there aren't any annoying handles either. The refrigerator doors are easy to open and when you look inside the space is incredible. As mentioned, the beverage center is awesome. The pitcher automatically refills after each use and tucks away perfectly. We put small drinks in the storage container and don't even have to open the whole refrigerator if all we want is water or a beverage. The interior is so spacious, you can fit all of your food items in there neatly. The door storages are perfect size to store milks and juices too. The middle compartment works well for extra drinks or whatever you choose. I absolutely love the ice maker! It makes two sizes of ice, is quite and doesn't over fill. The freezer offers above average space as well. The settings are easy to use and understand. I currently have blue panels in my refrigerator now, which I love. They were easy to replace, but did require at least 2 people. Overall this is a great purchase and I'm very happy with the look, feel and operability of my new Samsung Bespoke!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew that you could get excited over a refrigerator? I have never had a fridge quite like this one with all its wonderful features. We have the white glass panels and they are super easy to keep clean. To be honest, I wasn’t really sure how much I would like this model, but it looks very simple and elegant. Let’s start on the bottom and move up. The freezer is a large drawer and is very spacious. I wasn’t sure how I would like a drawer, but it definitely has more room than I expected. It’s a little harder to keep things organized than a freezer with shelves, but it is not hard to move things around and find your items. On the top of the drawer is a tray that has your ice maker. It makes two different size ice cubes which is really convenient and on top of the ice is a little scoop. The ice maker takes up half of the tray and on the other side is a little space for smaller items. We like to keep our ice for lunch boxes in this space and my migraine ice caps. Above the freezer is another drawer that you can use on different settings. We use ours as a beverage drawer and fill it with soda and water. It keeps our drinks at a perfect temperature and it’s really handy to just grab your drink from the drawer. Next is the fridge which is very spacious. It has two doors and the doors each have shelves to help organize. There are three shelves in the fridge and they are somewhat adjustable. There are two drawers inside… I use one for my veggies/fruits and the other for deli product like meat and cheese. On the left side, there is this mini door that opens up to a water dispenser and also an autofill pitcher. I love this feature because we can grab some ice from the freezer compartment and then grab our water from the pitcher and the next time we go back into the fridge, the pitcher is full again. Or you can just use the water dispenser to fill your glass up. All-in-all, my whole family loves this fridge and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. And when someone forgets to close the door, it alerts to my phone and even on our TV. The app is easy to use and shows pertinent information.

THIS BESPOKE 4-DOOR FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR IS A STATEMENT MAKER FOR EVERYONE THAT COMES TO MY HOME. I LOVE THE LOOK OF IT. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANY OTHER ORDINARY APPLIANCE. ITS COLOR IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH. ONCE AGAIN THE WAIT WAS THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH, THE SEAMLESS LOOK AND STYLE OF THIS APPLIANCE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this fridge!! it's super sleek and the white panels look amazing, with neutral gray undertones that look beautiful. i love that you can swap out panels if they get damaged or if you want to switch up the color. only things to point out is that the front of the fridge isn't magnetic, and since it's not a pure white, i would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. i got the counter-depth fridge that only sticks out just enough to allow the doors to open, and it's a great size. it also has regular and bite size ice. but my absolute favorite feature is the beverage center - the autofill pitcher is so nice and super convenient. the samsung app can also let you know if you leave your fridge door open. overall, super pleased with this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8 months ago. I love it and the water pitcher is good to have to fill up your tank for coffee maker. I like when I can tell if my kids have left the refrigerator open or not when I get a notification to shut the door.
