[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a dream come true fridge. I love the spacious drawers and ability to organize my food. However, I want with the removable door shelves, and all of the shelves inside of the fridge can be moved. Even the flex cold drawer has an organizer that can be removed to give you a bigger space for charcuterie, boards, or more wine bottles or anything that you need. The freezer is a great drawer length and depth so I could put so much in there and not have to rely on another fridge or freezer outside. On hot days when we go and get groceries, I feel confident in putting food into the fridge, knowing that the temperatures will keep it cool and make it cold fast. Another thing I really like about it is that I connect to an app so when my little children leave the door open, it lets me know through the app as well as making a noise and informing us that the fridge door is open so I don’t ever have to worry about going to sleep and all of my food going bad. We’ve had it now for three years and it is truly a great fridge. It’s easy to clean on the outside as well as the inside and the TV screen on it is easy to clean and navigate as well. After having this fridge for so long, we’ve decided to go to another Samsung product as well so our brand new dishwasher is from Samsung and we couldn’t be happier.

The small ice dispenser stopped working than completely broke and needs to be replaced. The bigger ice was having issues recently too.

We love our fridge and the amount of room that is in there! It took only a few hours for it to cool when we first got it and it hasn’t been an issue! We love the water pitcher it is so easy and very convenient. We also really like the amount of space in each container in there for keeping the area organized. It is accessible and such a clean look in our kitchen.

After dealing with a Frigidaire that leaked water and caused nothing but frustration, buying the Samsung Bespoke RF23BB8600QLAA has been a night and day difference. From the moment it was installed, you could tell this refrigerator was built with both style and function in mind. The sleek stainless finish completely transformed our kitchen, and the layout inside is incredibly well thought out. Everything has its place, and it actually feels like it has more usable space than our old refrigerator. The Beverage Center and AutoFill Water Pitcher have quickly become features I use every single day. The Dual Ice Maker is another winner as we always have plenty of ice, whether we’re filling a tumbler or a cooler. It’s also amazingly quiet. No strange noises, no puddles on the floor, and no wondering if we’re going to wake up to another mess. It simply keeps everything cold, fresh, and organized exactly like a refrigerator should. If you’re replacing an older refrigerator especially one that’s been giving you headaches like our Frigidaire did don’t hesitate. This Samsung has exceeded our expectations in every way. The only flaw is not the actual Fridge but the Family Hub. It has some flaws in terms of hanging up but a simple reboot fixes it

We get so many compliments on the sleekness of the design too. We love the beverage station - we use the water pitcher constantly and the ice drawer in the freezer. We love the flex drawer and how we can change that to meet our needs. It’s also easy for our daughter to access and reach things. She loves that we’re able to write on it too. The only thing that could make it better was if we got the one with the screen!

The fourth drawer is customizable and can be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer. It has a lot of storage space. One con: The only drawback is that it was advertised as fingerprint-resistant, but unfortunately, it shows fingerprints. Other than that, it’s a perfect refrigerator.
