Fridge broke within one year (leaking Freon). Has taken more than one month for Samsung to coordinate its repair, which is still not complete. They do not centrally save notes, so multiple technicians came out without up to date information, and could not repair the unit. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had ordered a stainless steel refrigerator first but once we saw this refrigerator and how sleek, smooth and sophisticated it looked, we had to order it. Our favorite feature is the wifi connection where we can download the app to recive alerts directly to us. For example, since we have little kids, leaving the door open is common and with the alerts we can manage the energy savings when this happens. Another family favorite feature is the ability to infuse water with any type of fruit into the built in pitcher where we can get flavored water at our fingertips. The only downfall of this refrigerator is the color. We choose white and once installed it looks light grey. All in all, I would highly recommend this product. We are very pleased with our new appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple of months, our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator/freezer has met all our expectations. It is just the right size for a retired couple like us. We love the French 4-door design with indoor water dispenser an easy access to drinks and water filter without having to fully open the refrigerator; and not having to open freezer at all.

Fridge is great so far. Not much room for large items such a milk. My biggest complaint is the stainless steel panels. They are horrible, scratches immediately from the frequent cleaning necessary as every fingerprint and smudge is left with every use. Worse finish I've ever had on a fridge. Had it a month and already buying different panels cause I can't stand how dirty and scratched they are already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator came well packaged and undamaged. Set up was a breeze and was usable within 4 hours. With my beverage center, we had to dump the water pitcher, and empty the ice a few times. Took a moment and connected the fridge to the SmartThings app. Now that it s connected I can get notifications that the door is left open and I can control all the settings without having to be home. With little ones in the house this is a great convenience! Now moving on to the fridge its self. The model I purchased is actually less square feet than my previous fridge, a side by side. But you would never know it! It is so well thought out and organized. I am just amazed at the amount of stuff that fits in this thing. We utilize the middle flex drawer as our deli/cheese storage. It is so convenient to be able to open this drawer and grab whatever you need to make a sandwich and such. Our old fridge had a massive bin the you had to fumble through to find what you were looking for. The freezer is simply amazing with the two different types of ice and plenty of room to store frozen goods. I didn't think I was going to like having to shovel my own ice, but its simply quicker to do it yourself rather waiting for the ice machine to get cranking and then have it spill all over the kitchen floor. The doors have plenty of space to store gallons of milk or whatever other large items you can throw at it. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Though we didn't take advantage of the different color combinations, it is awesome that the Bespoke line allows you to customize yours to fit your aesthetics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean look (no handles), Bluetooth, two size ice cubes. So far the Bespoke is everything I was looking for. Multiple zone temperature controls help save energy. I control the Bespoke operation from my phone. The beverage center is amazing. I use both water pitcher and by the glass every day.

We bought this fridge about a year ago and so far we have been happy with it. Some positives would be the dual ice maker, the beverage center, so you always have the option to have cold water and the middle drawer for storage of cheeses and butters, so you don’t have to open the entire fridge. Our few negatives would be that the second shelf only has one side that slides back for taller items (that doesn’t give it much space at all for stuff like milk, juice bottles, wine) and our other negative would be that the interchangeable doors are super basic colors with no doors of style. We would love to see some panels for farmhouse decor.
