[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the Bespoke products online ans thought I'd look at them in person. I had a Samsung refrigerator for the last 10 yrs so I was ready for a replacement. The refrigerator looks amazing from the outside with, I had white panels originally. Taking away the water and ice station and adding them inside is pleasing to the eye for me. I absolutely love that there aren't any annoying handles either. The refrigerator doors are easy to open and when you look inside the space is incredible. As mentioned, the beverage center is awesome. The pitcher automatically refills after each use and tucks away perfectly. We put small drinks in the storage container and don't even have to open the whole refrigerator if all we want is water or a beverage. The interior is so spacious, you can fit all of your food items in there neatly. The door storages are perfect size to store milks and juices too. The middle compartment works well for extra drinks or whatever you choose. I absolutely love the ice maker! It makes two sizes of ice, is quite and doesn't over fill. The freezer offers above average space as well. The settings are easy to use and understand. I currently have blue panels in my refrigerator now, which I love. They were easy to replace, but did require at least 2 people. Overall this is a great purchase and I'm very happy with the look, feel and operability of my new Samsung Bespoke!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite thing about this fridge is the two sizes of ice it makes. I love the smaller sized cubes. Another thing that I love is the water pitcher. I actually prefer to use the pitcher over the automatic water dispenser. Another feature we use in our house is that you can write on the fridge with a dry erase marker so we keep the dinner menu on the front.

We like the design, features and looks of the counter depth Bespoke refrigerator. However, our first refrigerator was swapped out after a few weeks because the freezer portion iced up and frost built up on all the contents. We are have the same issue with the replacement though to a lesser degree. The Samsung tech came out and said Samsung doesn't consider frost build up to be a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 14-year-old Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator with this one, and I must say that we love the storage space and the ability to see everything inside. The bottom drawer took a bit to figure out the best way to store freezer items. The auto-fill water pitcher is super nice. The one thing I dislike is that the ice maker(s) do not produce ice quickly. My old Kenmore could replenish a full bin of ice every evening. We are constantly running out of ice for a family of 4.

It does stick out a lot further from our built in cabinets then our old fridge but it doesn't look bad and the fridge holds so much more food. I am not a fan of scooping ice instead of it automatically dispensing but i do LOVE the pellet ice so I will get over it. The sleek modern lines updated our kitchen and make it look much more modern. Fingers crossed it lasts us awhile and we don't have any issues.

We'll lit. Plenty of storage.i really like the ability to go on the app and change temperatures and check on the ice situations. Overall so far I'm happy with it.

I love the look, but I don't care for having to hold the refrigerator open while I get water, it just doesn't feel very energy efficient, even worse the freezer having to stay open to get ice. It is very spacious & adds to the appearance of my kitchen.

It is more like a pieces of furniture than an appliance with its sleek look and colors. For the last month we've enjoyed so many of it's features. The filtered water pitcher that refills itself. The quick access to the water and beverages without opening the door. Love love the small cubes of ice with the handy dispense tray and scoop. The middle drawer for fruits and vegetables. No protruding handles and less fingerprints. All of this in a counter depth with more room than the competitors. This refrigerator is a homerun!

The width given is not the width if the doors are open, it is wider! Be sure to go to a store and measure with the doors open if you are putting this against a wall, as this dimension is not given on the website. Dont be stupid and think since it does not have handles that it will fit, the doors are super thick. I guess the wife gets new cabinets afterall.
