The Bespoke Model is a great option to be able to switch thinks up if you feel like it. The Stainless does show finger marks more than I would like so maybe I'll have to get different door panels?! The beverage center was a bit to get used to having it inside but the sleek look and ability to just open part of the door is brilliant.

This was above what we planned on spending but it has so exceeded our expectations we are glad we have it now. The ice maker is awesome. It produces both large and small cubes in abundance at the same time. The beverage center with the pitcher is a great upgrade from just a dispenser through the door. It looks great, performs great, has plenty of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the refrigerator and all of the features. My wife especially liked the fact that it is counterdepth. So it flows better with our kitchen. The only issue we have is that the button for the water pitcher doesn't always get fully pressed when the pitcher is inserted, so it doesn't fill it up immediately. Sometimes you have to play with it a little bit. Other than that, we are very happy with this product.

It is more spacious than our older taller fridge, we really enjoy both the Beverage Center convenience, and the flex drawer! Also the ice maker making both ice bites and ice cubes is a very nice feature.

I like being able to control appliance on smart things app. I did not think the 2 ice makers were needed but have come to really enjoy them. The ice bites is great to get something chilled quicky without turning your drink into water. The only potential issue I see right now is if the refrig doors are open and you reach for middle drawer there is a potential you good pinch a finger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am leaving an utterly honest review and I will start off by saying that I was not leaning toward buying a Samsung refrigerator. In fact, I considered every other brand first. I really liked the look of the Bespoke refrigerator when I went to the store to browse, but I read less than stellar review on Samsung. Upon further research, this particular fridge actually boasted better than average reviews due to it's more unique features. Specifically, the ice maker drops into the bottom of the fridge. This seemingly reduces previous problems others have noted with in-door ice makers. I watched a review video from a refrigerator repairman (highly recommend doing this) and he attested to this being a really smart upgrade on Samsing's part. The beverage center is great as well and really convenient. I find having the water system inside the door keeps it a little more tidy on the outside. The glass doors are easy to clean and having a middle drawer with temperature control allows you to customize how you use your space. A few things to note could be improved: - The handheld ice scoop is located in a drawer above the ice. Which is inconvenient when you try to put it back in the top drawer slider - Ice Bites clump up sometimes. Not sure why this happens because it's not all the time - Door shelf space is a bit chaotic. Top shelves are really short and the left door loses a lot of space because of the beverage center. With all being said, I've recommended this fridge to family already. It's also very quiet which is nice.

Until this Bespoke 4 door French door refrigerator I never wanted a bottom drawer freezer. This freezer drawer glides in and out so easily and I’m able to keep frozen foods organized - not just tossed in! Our beverage center “hidden door” is an addition we appreciate more than first thought. The biggest surprise is when opening both upper doors you have the room to put one or more party platter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely fabulous! We remodel out kitchen and the final touch is the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. The best: the beverage center. It is easy, clean and I love that it is hidden and not leaving any stains or spills. The beverage center door is convenient for the easy access of small and urgent things like a soda, a fruit or a chocolate. The 4 doors open easy and wide. Space in the top shelve if fantastic, for bottles, groceries and snacks, plenty of space and shelves that makes it easy to see and storage our stuff. The middle is great for cheese, meats, and sea food that needs and extra refrigeration mode. Its space is wonderful and also easy access for the little ones when looking for their cheese sticks. And the freezer: its capacity allows great distribution of all our food and ice creams. The dual ice maker works perfectly and is very convenient when having parties, because the one we had before, we we never knew when we were going to run out of ice… Finally the colors, the glass doors and the style. It matches perfect with our new kitchen and it make the space elegant.
