Best fridge I have ever owned, so much space for everything one needs. I love the two drawers one being the freezer ant the bottom and the middle drawer can be set to a freezer or fridge temps and can be used as a freezer, beverage drawer or deli drawer. The temperatures are easily adjustable inside the fridge to whatever you prefer. We use it for deli and it’s great to keep meat and cheeses seperate in the fridge. The organization in this fridge is amazing we love the beverage door that opens only part of the door to access beverages and the water jug. It’s a huge hit in my home and everyone loves this High end, high class cool fridge. The door ding is great for if you have kids that leave the door open too long serves as a great reminder for them to close the fridge in a timely matter. Truly the best fridge ever with the best features.

after only 3 years this fridge will no longer cool, no longer make ice, and won’t fill the door water pitcher. n independent service tech said the quality of these fridges for more than a few years are essentially junk. only a year warranty and extended warranty’s that run out roughly the same time all of these fridges die is the norm. the product looks quite nice and initially is great, but beware the longevity. samsung is not what it once was.

The compartmentalization of space was really helpful, making it look like stuff is well organized. The plastic used is durable. This technology is better than a fan-driven one, where frozen ice will be a big issue.

Roomy shelves and with the French doors, everything inside is within easy reach. The beverage center dispenses cold water and has a pitcher of cold water in it for guests. Holds cans of soda or juice. While the ice cubes are in the bottom freezer, they are a perfect size and do not get stuck together. The ice tray doesn't take up freezer space at all. The beverage center and the drawer are both something I never thought I needed but now think how did I live without them.

Customizable flex drawer is perfect for our families lunch prep. Reconfigurable shelve, including a shelf that slides back making an automatic increase in vertical storage for tall bottle etc. Connects to my Smart things app and notifies me through my Samsung TV's if someone has left the door open. Beautiful, sleek design with no print stainless steel matches my Samsung dishwasher and all other appliances in my kitchen. Cannot express enough how great this purchase was.

They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is perfect in all aspects. My only, kind of issue, is that the white panels are not a true white. I have white cabinets and my other appliances are white Samsung appliances. The panels look more like a very pale tan compared to everything else in my kitchen.

The Beverage Center is honestly the best invention ever — it keeps all of our canned drinks perfectly organized and easy to grab. The two types of ice are a total luxury I can’t live without now. I missed it so much I had to get for my new house a new Bespoke refrigerator also. We love the Beverage Center and Capacity I would highly recommend this Refrigerator. The Compartment gives you plenty of room. Had to get used to the Configuration
