[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best refrigerator I have bought yet. I love this one. This is the second Samsung I have bought. The last one lasted a good 10 years but this one is by far the best. My kids saw it and loved it so much they bought one. We love the three drawers, we love the hidden door with the water. I love the fact that it's smart things enabled. At first I never knew what I'd do with it I love it. I love the fact it has no handles. I love the ice makers and the drawers, I love the space in the Frig and freezer.

Rather than try to match stainless steel colors when our previous refrigerator malfunctioned again, the opportunity to liven up the kitchen entirely at first attracted us, but the ease of locating and storing food outweighs the appearance. The beverage center is genius. And, who knew adding a little color would be so much fun?

With the indoor water dispenser, we do not have the always wipe down water streaks on the door and it is out of sight until using. We also like the self filling water pitcher as we use it to fill our coffee maker. And with the ice maker in the freezer section, we have no more unit freezing.

I hate this refridgerator. I have been a proud supporter of all samsung products for years. The one I replaced was a samsung and I want it back. It may look nice in my kitchen, but it is probably the worst interior shelf and door space I have ever had. Nothing fits. If I put a gallon of milk in the door shelf I can barely get a bottle or box of juice next to it because of the amt of space above it. I can't even fit a large bottle of ketchup in any of the other door shelves because of the height restrictions due to the spacing of the other shelves. The options for the Interior shelves are just as bad. The top shelf Is just one badly spaced useless peice of glass. I can't even put a jar of pasta sauce on it, it's too tall. Then there's the drawers at the bottom for the veggies and fruit. They don't even look like they fit properly. And, yes they are in the. Correct slots and grooves. They both slant and bow towards the middle making it look like they have a broken support somewhere. That brings me to the shelf they create. It is so small you may be able to fit your yogurt cups and thinhs of this height. I don't know what design team came up with this, but it sucks. They really should have thought out the things a normal family would buy and ensure that they fit. I just can't beleive I'm stuck with this for years to come. This is a big refridgerator with a small amount of space and no thought of storing things a normal family uses on a daily basis. I ought this to replace another samsung that constantly froze everything in the bottom of the fridge and I'd rather have that one back.

I bought this fridge about 7 months ago. I just love almost everything. Had I done this review last month it would have been 5 stars. But, I changed the water filter.,.no problem there, but now I am not getting my small ice. Only the bigger cubes. What’s wrong? I cannot find any answers on my own. Help

I really like the fact that you can change the temperature for different compartments of the refrigerator. The fact that it will alert you when to change the filter or if the door is still open is great! My favorite part is the hidden beverage center which was the buying point for me. Went with the counter depth size and I did not regret my choice! I was apprehensive at first when I read all the issues about the ice maker. It looks like the ice maker issues have been resolved with these later models. So far so good! I would recommend this model.

I keep the middle drawer solely for myself with my favorite drinks, wines and snacks. The glass front and with the colors that I chose make it look so classy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and we LOVE it. It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it
