I love this fridge but it is super hard to take out and put back in the trays. The list annoying part is we’ve had it almost 2 months and the middle fewer is already having trouble closing. Apparently the warranty doesn’t last very long as it is already expired. Hoping it doesn’t get any worse considering what we paid for it.

The beverage center made us nervous at first but so glad we went with it considering how accessible it makes those items and how little it impacts the air escaping. The drawers and doors all move with very little effort once you've opened them so it stays closed yet is easy to work with. Already we see a savings on the energy and much quieter fridge. I would highly recommend for anyone on the fence.

This refrigerator is beautiful...inside and out. It matches my color scheme, is visually appealing, and definitely a conversation piece. I especially love the middle drawer and the "Soft Freeze" mode, but another favorite is the dual ice sizes...some drinks need different sizes :).

BUT water pitcher in door is a complete game changer. No more standing at the door trying to fill a glass or pitcher with water. Hard to overstate the convenience, the pleasure of grabbing that pitcher and refilling the coffee maker or water kettle. No fuss, no muss, just pure convenience. Pitcher refills itself in one or two minutes. Samsung deserves an award for this feature.

The ice is abundant! The auto fill water pitcher is wonderful. I wish that the shelves had more options for height adjustment beyond the two provided. The counter depth, flush front gave much needed space for the kitchen. The inside is spacious & well lit. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient. I love the 2 sizes of ice. Delivery & set up was easy. Within 12 hours the inside was at the proper temperature & the ice buckets were filling. We did have to set the freezer at -2 degrees instead of zero to jump start the freezing. We were told to do this by customer support after noticing no cooling for a couple hours. It quickly began cooling afterwards. I love the morning blue color—it could be called blue green. Overall, I’m so pleased.

The beverage center is amazing and when we are entertaining I add drinks to the flex drawer to keep from opening the doors. I like that it also alerts me when the doors are open too long and I can lock the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I just need to say that the delivery guys were SO professional, friendly, helpful, and amazing! Secondly, the fridge is fantastic! No dents, doesn't show fingerprints, is not loud, cooled down fast, there was not excess grease anywhere, and the delivery guys removed all of the plastic film. I had none of the issues that others mentioned. I highly recommend this refrigerator and cannot believe the price. You definitely get your money worth!!!!!!!!
