There is one issue though, the doors are kinda hard to close, if you don't close them hard enough they won't close. I've had a couple instances where it's not all the way closed. I love the interchangeable faces, the design and it works great.

Very roomy and love that you can replace the panels - stainless tends to dent or scratch so if mine should I can easily get a new panel to make the fridge look brand new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for 2 months now and love it. The beverage center and 2 types of ice are my highlights. It’s easy to clean - a microfiber cloth wipes off any fingerprints. I love the clean look of no handles and the counter depth doesn’t intrude into our kitchen too much, really just the door depth. Seems quiet so far, the occasional hum or water/ice filling noises and we are open plan so I’m conscious of noises. The drinks drawer is great, we have used it for cans of soda/juices/waters but also for wine for a party. The freezer is a little on the smaller side - great for the two is us but you might want to check it first if you have a large family (we bought counter depth)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a month ago. My wife wasn't sure about the beverage center and didn't like that the water pitcher took up space. Now that is her second favorite feature! Her favorite is, she uses the drawer as a salad bar. She ordered the restaurant style cooler containers and loads them with lettuce, fruits and other vegies. It is very convenient.

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and really enjoy the bigger space it provides that we didn't have with our previous appliance. We have all Samsung appliances in our kitchen, and this was just to complete our goal. It is a great appliance and so far, we have had no issues with it. We love the built in beverage center that is hidden inside the door and the pitcher where we can add fruits and/or vegetables to create flavored water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this back in July for our new home. Fits perfectly, looks amazing. The glass panels in multiple colors…. Gorgeous addition. Fits an extra large pizza no problem! And the auto fill water pitcher.. so cool.

So far so good. One issue is that we had a spill on the bottom shelf above the crisper drawers and I can't find any information for this removal process. I was able to remove the shelf but getting the glass out is another thing altogether. Oh well. And FYI we replaced a previous Samsung that had the icemaker in the door that was always failing.

Delivery and installation of the refrigerator was smooth and easy. I had already disconnect the waterline from my old refrigerator, and the delivery men connected the water line to the new refrigerator. They remove the packing materials and also moved my old refrigerator which still work perfect out to the garage and I use it as a spare for drinks and other items to keep in reserv. I’ve had this new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for 10 months and I’ve had no issues, other than the far back of the middle beverage drawer will freeze my canned beverages. I have had to put a piece of PVC in the back of the beverage drawer so that cans don’t go to the far back and freeze Other than that, I love the water dispenser snd the auto fill feature. The bottom freezer has good capacity and the icemaker with the two types of ice, slides out at the same time as the bottom freezer If you don’t need ice, just push that drawer back in to access the bottom freezer. I also get a reminder on my phone to change my water filter as the refrigerator is connected to my Wi-Fi through the Samsung app.

We like the beverage center, including the auto fill pitcher and dual icemaker. The water filter is located in the front, making it easy to change. It has been problem free, the app and wi-fi works great and it is very quiet.
