[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed at this point with the Samsung Bespoke fridge. We purchased a used unit from a local shop, it was not working properly, would not hold a constant temperature. Returned it and got a brand new unit. So far, it’s the very same thing. The fridge is set at 34 and the constant temp is anywhere from 38 to 45 degrees. I’ve tried various thermometers and even have a dial one in a cup of water to try and mimic food temps, but it’s the same thing. The fridge looks good and we like some of the features, but we may have to return this one as well if the temp issues doesn’t straighten out: I’ve found other reviews that indicate the same problem. At this point, I can’t recommend with good conscience for anyone to purchase a Bespoke fridge. Very disappointed given the price you pay for the unit.

I like the flexibility it provides to me and my family. And that if I wanted in the future I could change its color or add a screen. over all I recommend it to any one who likes a modern look with tone of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I replaced our old fridge with the Bespoke and we are in love! It’s so spacious and I love how clean and modern the look of it is! We did white on top and stainless steal on the bottom 2 drawers. Our kitchen has white cabinets and a grey island and it looks perfect with that color scheme!!! Thank you, we are Samsung customers for life!

I had an older version of the same layout and really enjoyed owning it and opted to keep the drawer feature as it can be very versatile. I really like the beverage center access with the infusion pitcher. Additionally the two different size of ice options is also a nice feature. The only draw back is you do loose some freezer space. Also I really enjoy the smart things talking to one another, like getting notifications on the TV if the door is left open. One thing I did find limiting was the shelving options are limited and do constrain over all storage options. It is kind of configured to allow for some changes, but not really as considerately as it could be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bad experience with a deferent Samsung Refrigerator and was very reluctant to purchase another one. But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

We love the glass front, the two different sizes of ice cubes, the auto-fill pitcher. We also love being able to get status on our refrigerator and the rest of our Samsung appliances on our phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 months ago and couldn't be more pleased with the refrigerator filters just love all the features. I really love the ice maker being in the freezer and not in the fridge like my older Samsung Fridge plus two different size ice cubes. Great colors for the doors also. Really pleased with it and would highly recommend it too anyone.

18 months after purchasing this refrigerator the ice maker stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty so a repair tech was sent to repair the issue. He was able to fix the problem but indicated that with this refrigerator model, the ice maker would continue to break. Sure enough 18 months after the first repair, the ice maker broke again. We still have a couple of years left on the warranty, so we may be able to get one more repair in before the extended warranty expires. We will not purchase another Samsung refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the Samsung Bespoke in white ice. As a refrigerator it works perfect - well thought out design. We use the center drawer as easy access for cheese, butter, lunch meat. Bottom freezer space is very good. But the top highlight is the beverage system. We thought we would miss the convenience of door water, ice..when in fact we do not. And white ice glass front - leaves no fingerprints. Sure there - but not visible. We bought whole set of Samsung Bespoke in white ice — all stay amazingly clean.

No fingerprints, easy to clean and keep clean!
