[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait a few months before making an honest review of the Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator; I can honestly say I am a very happy Samsung Bespoke customer! This refrigerator is so beautiful inside and out. Functionality is smart and practical and the size is just right for our household. The ability to replace the glass fronts with something different is not a must have, but a nice to have. Cleaning the exterior is a breeze and the ability to change the middle/flex drawer temperature came in handy on several occasions. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke line of appliances as I am enjoying all my Samsung Bespoke appliances in my home.

Love, love, love the beverage center. I got a white one with a set black and gray panels. I will mix and match them. So much fun! WAY better than stainless steel. Super easy to keep clean.

Do not buy this refrigerator, they are no longer manufacturing it, so it something goes work they cannot replace it and they do not refund you for the glass panes (required) to purchase the refrigerator. They only refund you for the actual refrigerator, so you end up losing money. Samsung considers the glass panes require at purchase an accessory.

We purchased this refrigerator and it was beautiful. Too bad it would not perform as well as it looked. We had the luxury of letting this refrigerator cool down to 37 and 0 degrees as Samsung suggested before placing our food inside. After both refrigerator settings indicated 37 and 0, we loaded up our food. My husband decided to place a thermometer in the freezer and one in refrigerator section that evening to check on the accuracy of the appliance thermometer as the fridge felt cold enough. He checked it throughout the evening and it was 25-30 degrees above the set temperature of the fridge. When we woke up the next morning, the meat was thawing in the freezer section and fridge section was lukewarm. My husband again checked the temperature in both sections using an IR thermometer and his thermometers already in the unit and they were both indicating 30-40 degrees higher than the set point of the refrigerator. The unit never made ice either since the manual states the freezer must reach a temperature of at least 10 degrees to start making ice. We had it plugged in over 24 hours by now so we headed back to the store to exchange for another brand. When we read other reviews, others spoke of similar problems so it’s not like we were the only buyers having this issue. Samsung has a great looking product if only they could manufacture a product that would function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator a couple weeks ago and so far exceeds expectations. Has plenty of rooms and compartments. The beverage center is my favorite feature along with the water jug that automatically fills up whenever needed. The crisper plus compartments are great for fruits and veggies. Overall, a great looking fridge and an excellent buy.

We especially love the beverage center. The white glass looks very nice, and prevents us from having magnets covering the refrigerator. Overall we are happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the refrigerator and all of the features. My wife especially liked the fact that it is counterdepth. So it flows better with our kitchen. The only issue we have is that the button for the water pitcher doesn't always get fully pressed when the pitcher is inserted, so it doesn't fill it up immediately. Sometimes you have to play with it a little bit. Other than that, we are very happy with this product.

Last one lasted 15 yrs. Its nice knowing that if i ever wanted to change the look, the panels are easy to replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an upgrade from our old refrigerator. There is so much storage and smart ways to put things for easy access. We are getting used to the beverage center and like the sleek design for the front without a water/ice dispenser. The only issue is that the stainless steel finish shows fingerprints. If you touch the door front with wet hands - which happens often in a kitchen, the refrigerator is marked up.
