My favorite feature would have to be the option to use the middle row as a freezer or lightly chill our meats. I can also access and change settings from my S23 Ultra such as ice maker, fridge temperature etc. Theirs also a feature which will remind you to close the refrigerator door if opened for too long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just after black Friday and love it so far. I have the white with glass and charcoal glass panels. When I become fickle and decide to change them out; I will. The beverage center gets used frequently for cooking and drinking. Our kitchen is positioned where the fridge hook up is far left and adjacent to the pantry. Somewhat a difficult location but being that we are adults we don’t slam doors and cupboards in this home so a slim clear bumper on the door frame to prevent the fridge from making contact, which is does, but is definitely workable. The ice maker is perfect and stays full. We use the flex for deli and yogurt, have not tried it in freeze yet. By the way, samsung delivery and shipping process was world class.

I love your bespoke refrigerator but disappointed that you can’t upload a photo and create custom panels. I don’t understand why you would build the functionality into your website and promote it in your marketing materials but not allow users to add it to the cart. If the feature is no longer available then you you should replace the myBespoke page stating such.

We like the beverage center, including the auto fill pitcher and dual icemaker. The water filter is located in the front, making it easy to change. It has been problem free, the app and wi-fi works great and it is very quiet.

The glass panels are very durable and fingerprint friendly, the hidden beverage center is great keeps for a clean look!! The fridge and drawer holds a lot!! The dual ice maker is great for my fussy kids! And the room in the freezer is amazing

I say this because we did have a problem with our new Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator and Samsung made it right and replaced our unit. Regarding what we love about the refrigerator - it is fantastic from top to bottom inside and out. We loved this model so much we bought one for our last home and then sold the home. We had a different high end refrigerator in our new home and after one month, we replaced it with another Bespoke! It is tough to find any design negatives to on the Bespoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] absolutely loved this refrigerator, but it did not fit in my kitchen. Door swing is too wide. i would have had to buy a 33 inch but those are more expensive (less space more money). Samsung need to develop zero clearance door hinges like LG or GE.
