Great design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are trying to move away from grays, yellows, tans in our kitchen. We wanted to add some color and this fridge fits in perfect. The panels are a great color combination and brightens up our kitchen.

Excellent refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older samsung french door that I liked, except for the ice maker in the door that had issues. I was hesitant to purchase the new model but with the ice in the freezer drawer, the new design seemed like it would be better. I'm so glad that I did purchase this, it has been fantastic! We love the door in door and pitcher for ice water and use it constantly. I wasn't sure 2 sizes of ice would be needed, but that is a very nice feature as well. The metal cooling does seem to make a difference, and the spaciousness can't be beat!

Bespoke/ Just another refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago it’s very large in diameter and very small in the inside we could have made a better choice the quality is good so far the exterior panels were incorrect when it arrived but they said that’s what was ordered and we would have to pay extra for the correct color for now it will do but lesson learned.

Samsung French Door Fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and had it delivered. They dropped it off on my walkway. No fault of Samsung of course. The unit is adequate for my needs. I’m not a fan of the ice maker. It has a large tray but doesn’t produce a lot of ice for the space it takes up. Other than that, it has been great.

Beautiful But.....

We purchased this refrigerator and it was beautiful. Too bad it would not perform as well as it looked. We had the luxury of letting this refrigerator cool down to 37 and 0 degrees as Samsung suggested before placing our food inside. After both refrigerator settings indicated 37 and 0, we loaded up our food. My husband decided to place a thermometer in the freezer and one in refrigerator section that evening to check on the accuracy of the appliance thermometer as the fridge felt cold enough. He checked it throughout the evening and it was 25-30 degrees above the set temperature of the fridge. When we woke up the next morning, the meat was thawing in the freezer section and fridge section was lukewarm. My husband again checked the temperature in both sections using an IR thermometer and his thermometers already in the unit and they were both indicating 30-40 degrees higher than the set point of the refrigerator. The unit never made ice either since the manual states the freezer must reach a temperature of at least 10 degrees to start making ice. We had it plugged in over 24 hours by now so we headed back to the store to exchange for another brand. When we read other reviews, others spoke of similar problems so it’s not like we were the only buyers having this issue. Samsung has a great looking product if only they could manufacture a product that would function.

BeSpoke-Morning blue

Looks Amazing. Super Functional and Overall Great!

Despite all of the issues I've read about the ice maker and other issues with Samsung refrigerators, we haven't had any problems at all. The refrigerator itself is beautiful and having the water and ice inside the doors is so much better. We have received a ton of compliments on how nice it looks and it's really the focal point in our kitchen. Even the delivery guy stopped to take a picture as he had never delivered one before! I love that we can change out the glass panels as well. All in all the fridge is not only beautiful but functional!

Upscale details

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this beautiful Bespoke french door with amazing features that I love. One are the dual ice options.....ice bites and cubed. The AutoFill Water Pitcher is so convenient and hidden from sight until you need it. My only complaint is that I ordered white panels but they look grey against my cabinets and this was a huge disappointment for me. Online it really shows very white which is why I ordered it that way. I guess I will have to order the Stainless look which is what I had previously but not what I really wanted in this refrigerator.

Great unique features

The WORST storage space ever.

I hate this refridgerator. I have been a proud supporter of all samsung products for years. The one I replaced was a samsung and I want it back. It may look nice in my kitchen, but it is probably the worst interior shelf and door space I have ever had. Nothing fits. If I put a gallon of milk in the door shelf I can barely get a bottle or box of juice next to it because of the amt of space above it. I can't even fit a large bottle of ketchup in any of the other door shelves because of the height restrictions due to the spacing of the other shelves. The options for the Interior shelves are just as bad. The top shelf Is just one badly spaced useless peice of glass. I can't even put a jar of pasta sauce on it, it's too tall. Then there's the drawers at the bottom for the veggies and fruit. They don't even look like they fit properly. And, yes they are in the. Correct slots and grooves. They both slant and bow towards the middle making it look like they have a broken support somewhere. That brings me to the shelf they create. It is so small you may be able to fit your yogurt cups and thinhs of this height. I don't know what design team came up with this, but it sucks. They really should have thought out the things a normal family would buy and ensure that they fit. I just can't beleive I'm stuck with this for years to come. This is a big refridgerator with a small amount of space and no thought of storing things a normal family uses on a daily basis. I ought this to replace another samsung that constantly froze everything in the bottom of the fridge and I'd rather have that one back.
