I just tried this hose reel cart for the first time last week and it is terrible! As other reviewers have mentioned, the connector line that goes to the hose bib rotates as you wind or unwind the hose. Even worse, the connector will literally disconnect the connector line from the hose reel and you then have to wind or unwind the hose to re-attach it. It appears to be related to a design flaw in the clamp that holds the reel to the cart. It is going back at this price point.

I already have one and love it, so I bought one for my sweetheart. Had mine for 4 years and it’s still perfect!!!!

For this price, i did not expect the troubles this has. No stop for the wheels nor for the reel itself keep reel rolling and the hose unwinding.

Had to use my own washers to make it work without leaking. It comes with soft silicone gasket washers.
