We ordered 2 hose reels (cost of $99)each . One arrived with only 3 wheels. had to order another one and have that one picked up. after Husband assemble the reels, he discovered a major design flaw. When the hose going to the faucet is attached and you try to wind the hose on the reel, the hose attached to the faucet spins round and cuts off the water to the hose. My smart  Husband designed a fix that so far works.  my advice - DO NOT ORDER THIS HOSE REEL !!!!!!     ALSO, AFTER ASKING SAMS TO HAVE ONE OF THE REELS PICKED UP - IT TOOK 5 PHONE CALLS TO SAMS CLUB AND 14 DAYS BEFORE THAT REEL WAS PICKED UP BY FEDX.

REALLY BAD DESIGN OF A HOSE REEL!!!!

Very sturdy, but has two flaws.  First, the tires need brakes; because they roll really well, it is hard to reel in or out the hose without putting something under the tires (which are plastic, by the way). Second, the pivot at the place where the reel meets the hose going to the faucet does not turn real well and several times I have had to screw the short hose back onto the reel after cranking the hose on or off the reel (this may work in over time and turn better). All this said, it is a very sturdy reel and well priced and I would buy again.
