Wish it had a little resistance to keep it from free spooling when I am finished pulling out the hose

Not too difficult to assemble but there was one part missing but they were willing to ship the part out.

Nice and sturdy metal construction with the capability of holding a longer hose. Easy and fast assembly.

We really like this hose reel. Our old one was plastic and squirrels chewed it up! Not this one!! Also, easy to take where we want it.

I live in Wisconsin and only used the hose reel a few months a year. The hose and reel was stored in the basement so the weather was not an issue. The hose leaks horribly from two places

My first purchase began to leak after third year. Tires went flat quickly & often. I'm trying again because it now has "no-flat" tires. I hope the leaking problem has also been addressed.

Easy to put together and holds the larger garden hoses. Just makes it easier to move around.

Heavy duty and works great. I added a quick connect for easy moving.
