I bought this a year ago. Did have to keep checking the site and store to see when it would come back into stock. Luckily, I didn't have to wait to long. This pergola was exactly what my back yard needed...I looks amazing. Easy to set-up and love the convenience of having an electrical outlet in close proximity. Great design.

Purchased at the end of 2021 after years of waiting for the perfect price, color, size and wood quality ! After assembling this pergola with my handy boyfriend, I ❤️ my pergola! It provides shade on hot sunny days and a comfy cozy area around the fire pit in the evening! We brushed a clear water repellent on the entire pergola! This pergola has been talk of the neighborhood and I definitely can’t brag enough !!!

I bought this last summer and got it set up right away. It is a good size and great price. I do wish it had more coverage from the sun, but I was able to put a sail over it and it works great. I moved it a couple of times, and although it's heavy, it didn't break.

We wanted a defined outdoor space on our recently installed patio addition for a table and chairs and this pergola fits perfectly, and the color matches the wood trim on our southwest pueblo style house very well. The sale price at Sam's Club was a great deal also. We hired an installer that also does installs for Sam's Club and they did a great job at about 1/3 of the cost that Sam's Club charges.

Only issue we had was with the screws and threading some had to be re-threaded. Put together pretty easily 3ppl about 3hrs. Customer Service was outstanding when I noticed the power port was missing they had it sent immediately. Definitely would recommend especially considering the price and quality.

We bought the pergola to give us some shade and help complete our patio. This is a great set. There were a couple dings in a few pieces of wood but nothing major. Instructions were easy and clear. Hardware is labeled in each package. Two people it is doable but we had a third person and it went together quick. I think the hardest part was anchoring to the concrete. If you are debating on this pergola, I'm here to say do it. You will love it. I also took advantage of sealing it before putting it up. Remember folks this is part of the warranty. Easier to do before it is together the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I re-stained it with a waterproofing stain with a color of our choice. There was nothing wrong with the stain it came with but, since we had to waterproof it, we chose a different color, and it looks beautiful! We have not anchored it yet, but it is holding steady to some strong winds. The pergola is kind of heavy, once assembled, and we are trying to figure out how to lift it up so we can place the plates/footers and anchor it. Love it thus far!

From the great instructions to the final result, this pergola is exactly the thing I was hoping for. It has added a whole new dimension to my yard and expanded the living space. We have delighted in sitting under it in the morning with coffee and the evening with homemade wine. Thank you for a beautiful structure! We bought the Somerville 14 x 10 Pergola about a month ago as a complement to our recently installed brick paver patio and we absolutely love it. The design and size are perfect for our needs, providing just the right amount of sunlight filtering and shade during the brightest, sunny afternoons. Since we have a front porch with space for dining, we decided to make the patio a space for sectional lounging and we've spent countless days and evenings her ever since. The gray finish looks natural, the quality of the wood and the construction components are high, the assembly was straightforward (2 people over the length of an afternoon) and there were no issues with the shipping or delivery. The built in electrical outlets are a bonus. Highly recommended.
