They delivered it in 8 days and the installation service put it up the next day. It was exactly as ordered and we are very happy with the quality and appearance of the product.

Love this pergola. It was so easy to put together. The only down fall was how long it took to get. It sat in a warehouse in Hudson Wisconsin for almost 3 weeks.

I think it is going to be great!!! Took a while to put together... but is complete now. A few of the boards split, but we glued the and all is good. It appears to be very sturdy.

Pergola looks great but mfgr shipped one rafter tail piece incorrectly so we had to modify to maintain proper placement otherwise looks great! Wood is soft and scratches easily, but touch up with stain pen works great.
