If it really didnt make a difference in my leg muscle strength i wouldnt buy it due to high price. Dr said 2 a day. Now i dont need help getting off the floor, couch, ect. If your over 60 you need 80 grams a day. I get the rest from food. You really notice if you skip or run out. Less likely to fall if you stay strong. Was told to walk more. Try it & see the difference.

I have tried other protein drinks, but they were either chalky or bitter tasting. I have been purchasing this brand for the past 6 months or so. Our local SAM's Club has only carried the caramel flavor on a couple of occasions so I have had to order online.

Love the Premier Protein brand. I found these protein shakes have improved my skin and helped to fill in nutrition gaps in my diet. I have conditions that react to sugar and with one gram and many, many flavors to choose from they are amazing. Love the new Caramel flavor and am adding it as one of my favorites. For me it is worth every penny. Originally I thought it could give me desert like treat since I am limited to 3-4G of sugar a day. I got so much more than I expected. Within day I noticed better healing, feeling more hydrated, skin appearance improvement, multiple benefits all around. Bonus that they were on sale.

Great taste and lots of protein! The cartons are perfect for travel and storage in the refrigerator. The caramel flavor is great just chilled...but it also pairs well with iced coffee. The chocolate makes a wonderful "protein hot chocolate" when slowly warmed. The banana flavor is delicious and makes a really tasty "protein milkshake" that doubles as dessert. You cannot go wrong with either flavor!

While the guidelines state to avoid talking about price, I think it’s worth mentioning that since Covid, the prices on this product line have escalated at an absurd level. It wasn’t until this past purchase that the price seemed to drop slightly after a period of steady increases. Flavor in this one is not our favorite

I have been mixing this with a double or triple espresso for a year now and I absolutely love it! It is just as tasty as a cold latte with ZERO guilt. I usually have one for breakfast and a decaf version in the evening if I get a bit hungry or want a dessert treat.

It's healthy and tastes good! What more can I say?

Caramel is my preferred flavor, and I have been drinking it almost daily for over a year. It has just enough sweetness not to taste artificial. However, it has been out of stock at all my local Sam's and out of stock for shipping for weeks/months! What gives?? Very frustrating! The last time I was able to have it shipped it came from a club in UT...and I'm in NM.
