I’ve been drinking Premier Protein for several years and Carmel is one of my favorites! I need low carb (borderline diabetic) but high protein for long workouts. I take these shakes to work, gym, kids sports, and my children love them. This product is the best on the market!

Love the Premier Protein brand. I found these protein shakes have improved my skin and helped to fill in nutrition gaps in my diet. I have conditions that react to sugar and with one gram and many, many flavors to choose from they are amazing. Love the new Caramel flavor and am adding it as one of my favorites. For me it is worth every penny. Originally I thought it could give me desert like treat since I am limited to 3-4G of sugar a day. I got so much more than I expected. Within day I noticed better healing, feeling more hydrated, skin appearance improvement, multiple benefits all around. Bonus that they were on sale.

In general the product is good - the taste and texture is good and I mix it with some cold brew so it tastes like a caramel latte! Also I purchased online and did the pickup at the store where they brought it out to me and that worked well also. Very convenient! However one of the containers was bad - it was lumpy and curdled even though we are nowhere near the expiration date. I just opened another one and it is fine. If I find any others that are bad I might try to get a replacement. But so far it may just be the one and perhaps it was an issue at the production facility…

My major nutritional source. I went through a several months period in 2019 that I couldn’t eat and was losing a crazy amount of weight (unexplained). I think these played a large part of me finally getting to a stable weight and of course being a source of protein. I just wish I had started them earlier in that journey.

Second favorite of the premier line. I actually use this as my coffee creamer at 2-3oz. I also like to mix it with keto chow salted caramel, i mix that with 16oz water, 20ml of mct c8 oil and add one of these premier to it afterwards, this helps cut down on the sweetness of this premier flavor.

This flavor is my favorite so far. I mix it in with iced espresso in the mornings and it’s my morning coffee and protein. I also like the vanilla. Low sugar, good flavor, minerals and vitamins, and high protein that doesn’t taste like chalk. Winning 👌👍

I had been consuming Premier Protein products for a long while, but this was my first caramel flavored one. Smooth and tasty! I really did enjoy them. The only ding is the price point – but then I guess we are paying for convenience in not having to mix our own shake powders!

Older adults lose muscle mass, so 90 grams of protein daily are recommended for older adults. But it is hard to get that much protein through food alone. I add 30 grams with one of the many flavors of this drink. The taste is better than others I’ve tried.

While the guidelines state to avoid talking about price, I think it’s worth mentioning that since Covid, the prices on this product line have escalated at an absurd level. It wasn’t until this past purchase that the price seemed to drop slightly after a period of steady increases. Flavor in this one is not our favorite
