If it really didnt make a difference in my leg muscle strength i wouldnt buy it due to high price. Dr said 2 a day. Now i dont need help getting off the floor, couch, ect. If your over 60 you need 80 grams a day. I get the rest from food. You really notice if you skip or run out. Less likely to fall if you stay strong. Was told to walk more. Try it & see the difference.

Love the Premier Protein brand. I found these protein shakes have improved my skin and helped to fill in nutrition gaps in my diet. I have conditions that react to sugar and with one gram and many, many flavors to choose from they are amazing. Love the new Caramel flavor and am adding it as one of my favorites. For me it is worth every penny. Originally I thought it could give me desert like treat since I am limited to 3-4G of sugar a day. I got so much more than I expected. Within day I noticed better healing, feeling more hydrated, skin appearance improvement, multiple benefits all around. Bonus that they were on sale.

As I get older I didn’t realize the body’s specific need for protein. Premier Protein Shakes make it easier for me to start my day THE RIGHT WAY with an easy drink. I can combine it with coffee for a Starbucks-like drink, I can use it to make pancakes or I can use it to make a sort of milkshake. Major plus points for me: * 30g Protein. One of the highest protein amounts you can get in a prepared shake for a decent enough price. * Only 1 gram of total sugar and 0 added sugars while also low-fat with only 3 grams fat, 1 gram of that being saturated. Often when something is advertised as low carb/sugar, it will have extra fat and low-fat usually means more added sugars because companies do this to improve/balance taste. This product is low on both and thus, makes a great meal replacement if you'd like to lose weight or stay lean while also tasting fantastic. * Again, great taste, both chilled and at room temperature. It's as sweet as you'd expect and smooth as any coffee from your local coffee shop (not grainy or mealy at all). Overall: One of the better protein products out there. True high protein, low carb AND low-fat. Gluten-free. Great taste and texture/consistency. A lot of benefits. Price could be better but this is also SNAP/EBT-eligible, which is a plus. There are some questionable ingredients but they're also in the majority of high-protein products, in general. The shake does contain the known allergens milk and soy, so IF you're allergic to either, do NOT buy this. Other than that, great product and highly recommended.

First - this is the cheapest way to get your protein except powders. Do the math yourself. 30g for $1.50 and it takes 30 sec to drink. Stock up at Sam’s Club. Review - Carmel is always my go-to. The Premier protein is alway well mixed and consistent. Despite liking the bottles for aesthetic feel, the cartons are always better in terms of protein goop.

Great tasting and conveniently packaged portions of vanilla protein drink. When I'm on the go, these are easy to grab and drink. They also work perfectly for many of the protein recipes that have hit social media platforms. Vanilla is my "go-to" flavor due to it versatility to add other flavors (fruit). They are a bit pricey, but I try to stock up when I find a sale. Recommend.

I drink these because I want a high protein shake with low carbs. I don’t think any of these taste great, but they taste okay and get the job done. I try to drink one for breakfast and then wait until midafternoon/early evening to eat dinner. This has worked so far in helping me lose weight.

Overall great protein shake! I drink this as a replacement to my creamer in an effort to be healthier, and I’m very happy with the results. This shake doesn’t have that awful protein flavor that some protein shakes tend to have. Other than the price being a little high, the drink itself is great.

I’ve been drinking Premier Protein for several years and Carmel is one of my favorites! I need low carb (borderline diabetic) but high protein for long workouts. I take these shakes to work, gym, kids sports, and my children love them. This product is the best on the market!
