this mattress was way to soft for us. you sink in and can't move. plus hotter than I like. we have other memory foam mattresses that we bought from sams and love, just not this one. sending it back and ordered a different one. so far sams has been great with the return. keeping my fingers crossed.

This mattress sleeps much better that the Serta memory foam we returned a week or so ago. That Serta memory foam was rock hard to sleep on. This is just soft enough but firm enough to enjoy it anytime even for a quick nap. This what I bought a memory foam mattress for. I think the gel infused makes the difference in the comfort level. I especially like that my wife can get up and the bed does not move at all and vice versa.

It has been a little over a month since I have been sleeping on the Night Therapy Elite 13" MyGel. I have been very pleased with the new matress I was actually going to purchase one of the big name brand matresses but started doing a little research and ran across this one couldn't be more satisfied. I was having some serious back issues from our old spring matress which we had paid around 2,000 dollars that only held up for about 5yrs. very dissapointed in it. Since I have been sleeping on the new matress my back pain is about 95% gone, I am feeling better and more rested due to the deeper sleep I am getting matress is firm but not very firm my wife is also getting better sleep. As every one else mentioned there is a slight smell when you first unpackage but that goes away after about 3-4 days. The only reaseon I did not give it 5 stars is because I want to see what kind of longevity the matress will hold up to but other than that you can't beat this matress for this price and comfort if your not satisfied you can always return it to SAMS!!

Replaced two queen beds for my tween boys with these mattresses. They absolutely love them. One said he just sinks into it. The other says it's comfy. I always say the proof is in the pudding. They have both fallen asleep within minutes of laying down and they sleep all night. I can't say the same of their prior beds which cost more than six times what I paid for these. I've also laid down on them and they really do form to your body but it's not hot.

I was reluctant to buy a mattress that I had not seen, but my spouse was determined. I am so happy that we bought this mattress! In the last 5 years we have tried 2 other mattresses: a pillow top, and plush (both top brands) and neither was comfortable. I always felt like I was rolling to the middle into a hole. This mattress is, by far, the most comfortable one that I've ever experienced!

I weigh 240 pounds and have had this Mattress for 2 months now and am still in love with it...Delivery was great , once it came out of the box it was ready to go in less than 15 minutes and there was no smell that i have seen posted on here, its firm but not to hard and definitely cool. I am going to give this matress another 6 months and if its as good as it is today i will purchase a queen size for the spare bedroom....

With our previous mattress that my husband and I had owned for less than a year was killing our backs. We couldn't even sleep through the night. We were waking up in pain and unable to sleep. Now we are sleeping through the night and actually able to move in the morning. I wish we would have got this a long time ago. I was nervous to get it because I was going strictly off of the reviews. There is an odor just like all of the reviews have said, but it is so worth the quality of sleep that we are getting!!

(only negative here but put it up front: There is NO "White Glove" delivery service available on Memory Foam Mattresses, even though it said so on my receipt. YOU will be responsible for the removal and disposal of your old mattress! It is delivered by FEDEX) OK this is long... But, I will start by saying "BUY THIS ONE... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! My Story: I have been shopping for a Memory Foam Mattress for many months. Last year, from the other Club, I purchased my Mom a Queen Memory Foam Mattress, ($600) to replace her Sterns & Fosters $2,500 Pillow Top mattress that was about 9 years old, but was causing her terrible pressure point pains. I had spent hours reading reviews and chose the one from the other club because she likes Medium Firm and what I purchased for her stated that was a "Medium-Firm" She always said she was "happy with it". This past month (June/July 2017) I began researching to purchase a new Mattress for myself. I was discussing it with my Mom, that I was going to purchase a new Mattress. My Serta $1,200 Pillow Top was really getting "saggy" and uncomfortable, the pillow top was lumpy and you could feel the springs in certain places. It was really causing me distress, to the point where my Chiropractor told me, "You need to get a new mattress, I think that's what is causing all of your neck pain". So, Mom and I were discussing this and she said "Well do NOT buy the one you got me" ... I was shocked... she said that although the joint and pressure pain was gone, she felt it was way too firm. So, I asked if one day I could take a nap in the afternoon and try it out! OMG ... it was almost like sleeping on the floor, it was so firm. (I felt bad she never told me, I would have returned it within the first 90 days) So I went back and re-read the reviews and in the recent year all the complaints were that her mattress I chose at the other club was too firm. So I chose this mattress... OMG... it is PERFECT. I would call this Medium-Firm support. Just enough softness to be very comfortable, but firm enough to feel very supported. I am a man 5'11" tall and weigh 185lbs. and after just two nights of sleep on this mattress, my neck, knee and hip pain have been greatly reduced WITHOUT a trip to my chiropractor! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS!!! There was NO detectable odors when I opened it up. Very Easy to Un-Box and set up. Though with two people it is easier.

We were in need if a new mattress and my husband and I were debating if we would buy a regular spring mattress or a memory foam one. We looked around and decided to go with memory foam. We looked some more to decide where to buy it and how much we were going to spend. We decided to go to Sam's. This has been the best decision. The best price and the best quality. Shipping was fast. Order was placed on the website on a Thursday and we received the mattress the next week on Tuesday. That night we unrolled it and it took just a few minutes to rise to the original shape. No smell at all. We have a 6 month old baby and I was a little worried about the smell that everyone was talking about, there was none. This mattress is just perfect. Not too soft or too firm. It contours your body amazingly well and relieves any pressure points on your back, legs, hips. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore. Neither do my feet. I'm a runner and sometimes I couldnt walk first thing after getting out of bed due to the pain on the bottom of my feet. My husband had a little trouble getting used to the bed but it took about a week. He said he felt like he was sinking but now he loves it. And wakes up feeling refreshed. The only complaint i have is that i wake up sweating sometimes feeling really warm in the bed. But my body temp is always higher. My husband says I am a human heater. Other than that I love this mattress and our new bed. I wish we would have made this purchase before. It is so worth it. The best $600 even spent. I am planning on buying another mattress like this one, maybe a smaller size, to start getting a guest bedroom built. So if you are debating about getting a new mattress, dont wait. Do it. And make sure you dont spend thousands of dollars. It is the best quality and price out there.

We've only had this mattress for a week but already think it's great. We went to all the local stores and tried Tempurpedic, Englander and Serta. I just could not justify the prices they want for these things. We decided to take a chance on the Night Therapy Elite 13" MyGel mattress just based on the reviews and when I asked my local Sam's Club if I could return it to the store if not satisfied. Not much risk. We are not sorry. I was afraid it might be too soft but I would consider it medium/soft. Has been great for my wife's hip pains and my shoulder pain since we are both side sleepers. There was no issue with smell or creases when I unboxed the mattress. In fact, the mattress comes rolled up so I can't see how creases could occur like some have complained about. I have no idea how long it will last but for the price, I am not that concerned.
