I am very happy with this purchase. Due to back injuries I haven't been able to sleep on my back in fifteen years but I wake up every morning on my back and can get out of bed much easier. Also the cool gel does keep me cooler! I have hot flashes that woke me up because the bed would get so hot but not anymore. I'm sure i am still having hot flashes but they don't wake me up anymore.

I did a lot of searching before buying this mattress in full size for my daughter. The mattress came package well and was easy to work with getting it on to the box spring. Once the plastic was taken off the mattress went right back to its normal full size shape. There was no noticeable smell as some people have found. My daughter slept on her bed the very first night and has been happier with this each night. My only drawback to this mattress seems to be sitting on the side. Foam mattresses are made for laying on not sitting on the side.

I purchased this over a month ago and purchased it sight unseen based on my sister in laws recommendation along with favorable reviews on the internet. I'm a 140 lb woman and I set it up myself. Came in the big box and I removed the plastic and "poof", a mattress started to appear before my very eyes. ANYWAY, as it expanded I started to become concerned that it wasn't going to be the firm mattress that I had expected or read about. It was described as firm in the description. I let it expand a day and slept on it, still thinking it was too soft for my taste and back. I got out of bed expecting the usual sore aching lower back but no pain. The mattress is very comfortable but the firmness just isn't there. I've continued to sleep on it with no complaints. It is really a comfy bed and I'm not having any stiffness when I wake up so I'm giving it a thumbs up. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel it isn't a "firm" mattress per say. Just know that, if that's what you're shopping for.

This mattress is awful!! It dis not inflate as advertised!! All the instructions were followed!! The corners never inflated and the rest was lumpy. Lots of time was given and no change !! Dont buy this it is awful !!!

Looks like a good mattress but unfortunately for me it doesn't, the mattress never complete the 13" inch, some side have 9" other 10 inch and other 8.5 inch, it's a complete deform, I request a resend but it's a lot time for wait, I keept the feelt of slept on there one night. I put one star but sincerally it doesn't have any one, at the moment.

This is the fourth one of these we own and I have never slept like I was on a cloud before. We have a queen in our appartment in Iowa and 2 queens and one king in our Arizona home. If you have never slept on a night therapy gel foam mattress you are missing the best sleep ever!!

when I lay on this mattress, my upper buddy sinks down, but my lower body is up. it is also hard to get off of this matters, because when I try to get off it sinks my body down like some pushing me down and makes it hard to get off . If I was heavy, I would not complain about this matters, but I am 150 LB hope this company improve

After every review on every foam Mattress that SAMs Club sells, I purchased this one even though it was a little more expensive. I have not regretted that decision as I have slept much better and have awoken without the back or hip pain that causes me to buy this new mattress. Also, the mattress I had been sleeping on was a traditional spring one and was only two months old! One last thing, I waited the full 48 hours before putting sheets on and sleeping on, of course.

I love it! My old (21 months) mattress was KILLING my poor old body. I sleep on my left side and and after i crawled out of my hole in the morning my left hip and knee were very painful.NO MORE! My best friend who lives 600 miles away kept extolling the merits of her mattress,so,I ordered mine, it was love on the first night! Thank you! (and no, it's not hot)

Even though I've only had this mattress for a week I'm in Love!it's absolutely perfect for me. Just the right amount of firmness and yet I was so soft. I wake up with no aches and pains. The only downside to this mattress is that I find myself wanting to go to bed at 7 o'clock at night!
