I was reluctant to buy a mattress that I had not seen, but my spouse was determined. I am so happy that we bought this mattress! In the last 5 years we have tried 2 other mattresses: a pillow top, and plush (both top brands) and neither was comfortable. I always felt like I was rolling to the middle into a hole. This mattress is, by far, the most comfortable one that I've ever experienced!

I read all the positive reveiws on this mattress before purchasing it and thought this was the way to go. Unfortunately after about two months I told my wife I was not truely happy with it although she was. The issue was that it just was not firm enough for me, at 6'2 & 220 lbs. So returning it to Sam's & purchased a firm Serta w/pillow top hoping that the pillow top will give my wife the comfort she needs and the firmness for myself. Nice mattress, just not for my comfort.

Its being 2 or 3 weeks since we got this. I can not believe the differences. The price is perfect, it was delivered to my 6th story condo, with no issues. Too good to be true. My only problem, I DONT WANT TO GET UP!. I am planning to darken the room, Im sure I will be able to sleep for a couple of days straight to catch up to all of those days I spend tossing and turning. I love this mattress. I had really planned on buying another gel mattress which was going to cost triple the price of this one, but when I started to research I found this one and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. From the moment you lay down it feels wonderful. I've had back surgery, and it's really hard to find a mattress that when you wake up that you can get up and not be sore, and stiff, but with this mattress I've not had that problem. I would recommend this to anyone who's had to deal with back issue's like me.

If you suffer from any type of spine disorder this mattress may not be for you. I have upper and lower back problems and while it felt good on the lower back, my neck gave me fits with this mattress. You truly have to like a soft mattress that sucks your body in to one place. I love the fact that Sam's will let you return a mattress with no hassle at all! I will continue to buy from them.

I have neck problems due to a rear end automobile accident. On my old bed I was waking up in pain at least twice a night. I decided maybe a new bed would help - and did it ever! I went from sleeping 2 - 4 hours per night to sleeping 7-8 hours. I've not awakened in pain since I have been sleeping on this bed. It's perfect. Money well spent.

Purchased online sight unseen and it is the best mattress i've ever owned. It's of better quality for the brand names that cost thousands of dollars. Unpacked and slept on first night. There was very slight smell which dissipated in the first day. I am going to buy another for my guest room.

The mattress is perhaps just a very little on the firm side - I could use it a little less firm. (I weigh 165#.) It was not quite as heavy and hard to handle as I expected- which is good. It is comfortable, supportive, and we are sleeping well. Between the fitted sheet and the mattress, we have only a waterproof/dust mite, zippered polyester protector. I plan to add a thin mattress pad over the protector to offset the heat captured by it. We have had it for two weeks now and we believe we've obtained a great gel-foam experience for a great price.

We've had our mattress for 3 months and it's been the best 3 months sleep that we've ever had! After looking for several months at the more expensive brands, I was a little skeptical since this mattress was so inexpensive. I liked the fact that the item could be returned if I wasn't satisfied, so we gave it a try. The feel is hard to explain, its firm but like sleeping on a cloud. I wake up in the morning looking forward to going to bed! Love, love, love this mattress!

It was a long normal day. The (this) mattress was delivered on time yesterday and I took it out of the packaging as was in directions and let it air for the aternoon. I put the clean sheets on at 9pm showered and went to bed. The bed aired itself in that time and was pretty much oder free. I did not sleep at all. My wife tossed and turned and did not sleep very well either she said. I do not know why. Too soft? If you are sleeping with anyone else you need to keep toward the middle because the edges are soft and you could fall off.
