We had to return this mattress, it was way TOO SOFT. Just sitting on the side of the mattress you sink almost to the bottom of it. NO support at all. After sleeping on the mattress for 2 months I was waking up with extreme pain in my back, hips, knees and ankles. I felt as if I was 30 yrs older than I am! My husband was having severe back pain also. We exchanged it out for a Serta Firm Mattress and after just one night the back, hip & ankle pains are gone! If soft is what you are looking for this is a great mattress. If you need any kind of support look elsewhere! Mattress was also EXTREMELY HEAVY. Very difficult to move. We didn't experience any problems with smells that other reviewers mentioned.

Bought this after much research . Wife gets hot when sleeps and not sure we both would like. Looked at leading foam mattress store and spent about hour there considering to buy a $ 4000 set. Came home did some on line looking and thought would buy this because of what I read on line. It didn't smell and is not hot to sleep on. Let sit on floor for 24 hours after unboxing and put on box springs of serta beauty rest, that was 5 years old and shot. works great on that base even though bought the set from night therapy, that has bed frame, and head board att. I wasn't sure if the old frame would work . Will keep night therapy frame, still boxed up for later if ever needed. Will never go back to a spring mattress no matter what brand and wish I had bought this years ago. Shipping was no problem and recieved in about five days. Haven't used any other foam mattersses but buy the same one tomorrow if needed. I don't think you could find a better product for the money any place. That is just my honest 2 cents for whats it's worth.

We've only had the mattress for about a week, so I cannot speak to the durability. However, the comfort is out of this world. This is my first memory foam mattress and it has been great. I am sleeping less, but that is because I am getting better quality sleep and don't need as much. We replaced our previous Serta spring mattress because my wife and I were both experiencing back/shoulder pain. So far, neither of us has experienced any pain. Highly recommend.

We've had our mattress for 3 months and it's been the best 3 months sleep that we've ever had! After looking for several months at the more expensive brands, I was a little skeptical since this mattress was so inexpensive. I liked the fact that the item could be returned if I wasn't satisfied, so we gave it a try. The feel is hard to explain, its firm but like sleeping on a cloud. I wake up in the morning looking forward to going to bed! Love, love, love this mattress!

I purchased my first Night Therapy mattress over two years ago and have been provided with deep, uninterrupted sleep nightly! I have since purchased two queens to go with my original king for my beach house. Most recently purchased a full size for my 87 year old mother. She's sleeping like a baby, no more waking up with a stiff back or complaining of a poor nights sleep. All deliveries were completed in a timely manner as advertised. You cannot go wrong with this product!

Purchased this mattress two weeks ago and came to the conclusion that it didn't have enough support. My wife and I would sink together in the middle. If you were anywhere near the edge, it felt like you were going to fall off. It might suffice for lighter people; I am 225# and my wife 120#. The one positive thing was returning it at a club; no hassles. We decided to go with the Serta Trump Select 12" memory foam mattress. It's layers are 1" cooling gel, 2" memory and 9" high density support. We were able to try it in the store. I am much happier with the Serta. More support, no sinking and no falling off the edge.

Its being 2 or 3 weeks since we got this. I can not believe the differences. The price is perfect, it was delivered to my 6th story condo, with no issues. Too good to be true. My only problem, I DONT WANT TO GET UP!. I am planning to darken the room, Im sure I will be able to sleep for a couple of days straight to catch up to all of those days I spend tossing and turning. Good quality bed. Very,very firm. Easy to set up but might be hard for elderly to move around. The bed had a strong odor for the first couple of days. I had to put my 3" memory foam topper I previously bought from Sams on top of bed and now it's just right. I wake up less sore than on my spring mattress. If you like a firm bed then this is the bed for you.

I initially wavered a bit about purchasing this mattress and all the while my husband and I were dealing with our 16 yo Queen pillow top mattress. Waking up with body aches, stiffness isn't a pretty thing when both of us are still not as old as we felt upon rolling out of bed until we could sit up. Not because of the mattress but rather how the mattress made us feel every morning. He told me just to order it and we'll see where it takes us. The MyGel Prestige has been a wonderful mattress. Both of us sleep more soundly; thrash less, don't feel each other turning over; and wake up feeling like we got a good night's sleep. No more rolling out of bed. The minute my feet hit the floor, I'm not struggling to wake up my lower back so I can walk. My husband and I haven't had any problems in the month that we've owned it, and we are surprised by the fact that we love it without having first tried or tested it. It really is a perfect fit. Regarding the packaging odor: Not too strong after unpacking. We kept a fan in the room to circulate the air. The first night was not bad. Got better over the course of 2 to 3 days until we didn't even notice that we couldn't smell it anymore. At the end of the day, if you are extremely sensitive to odors, then you might consider letting it air long enough to allow odor to dissipate before you sleep on it. It will be worth the wait instead of saying you don't like it because of the smell. The smell is gone baby and I'm digging my new bed! I would recommend the bed (I have already), and I would buy another of this type/brand without hesitation. If you are thinking about it, don't. Just DO IT. Worse case scenario... you return it. Best case scenario... you'll feel like you've gone to heaven for the night. ;)

I took a long time looking for a memory foam mattress that didn't cost as much as a new car. I took a chance on this one due to the reviews and the price. It arrived on Tuesday in a rather large and heavy box. I live alone so I had to manhandle this beast by myself. Got it our of the box to discover it was wrapped up like a sausage in a casing. This thing is heavy, better to have 2 people handle it although I managed on my own. I used scissors to start cutting the casing and then simply ripped it apart to avoid cutting the mattress. Once out of the casing it began to "reinflate" itself and I hoisted the front of it onto the new frame. It slid onto the frame pretty easy and I slipped the other plastic wrap from the mattress and removed the silica gel packets. The mattress did not smell whatsoever and was fully "inflated" after a few minutes. I still let it sit for 24 hours and slept on it on Wednesday night. It's takes a little getting used to especially if you roll over a few times during the night. There is little "bounce" when I flop over. I am 6' 1 and 340 lbs and it supports me well. I slept pretty good the first night and a little better the second night. It's quiet except for a little creak in the frame when I roll over. My beagle loves it! He used to get up 3-4 times a night and has slept straight thru these past 2 nights so that in itself is a victory. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that is looking for a memory foam mattress and does not want to pay the ridiculously high prices of the name brands.
