Works great but, liked it better when it came with a spray head on a flex tube that was on the large container. It was easier for the hands.

I have never tried the liquid Shout before until now. It works really well for removing stains, even if they're old.

These items can in a plastic wrapped bag and the sprayer on the small bottle was broken. I was very disappointed in this delivery.

Works well on the majority of stains, oil-based stains may need 2 treatments. I use it also for pet stains.
